Aside from the fact that my lights are working now, I want to say how much I appreciate Nick's professionalism and prompt attention to my problem. The power outage was in an office area that I needed access to for work in the evening and Nick (hearing the desperation in my voice) moved his schedule around and was willing to come to my home 90 minutes later. It was after hours and he was willing to do me a great kindness at a reasonable cost. What more could you ask?

They came right over when i called with an electrical problem with my home, even though i had never hired them previously. They diagnosed and fixed the problem that same morning. Very kind and courteous, explained everything in detail, and very reasonably priced. Very happy i called them.

Had a Tornado hit my house and ripped out my mains power. Figured I'd upgrade the panel while I was at it and have a generator outlet installed for when I lose power again. Nick was VERY professional - gave me a quote, showed up on time, answered all of my questions, and the price was exactly where I expected it to be. Job was very well done. When the power went back on, my fridge didn't have power. He helped me pull the fridge out to find a GFI outlet, and he helped me reset it. Was really just a huge help! The guy is clearly a hard worker who really knows what he's doing. What I love is that I didn't talk to a sales guy who then sent a couple of kids to do the job. I got a quote, and the guy I spoke to did the work. That's awesome. I can't recommend this guy highly enough! Will reach out for any and all electrical work in the future.

Outlets in one of our rooms stopped working, but the overhead light worked. Outlets still wouldn't work even when the breakers were flipped. I contacted Nick and got an appointment for the next day. Both he and his assistant were professional, explained what the issue was (just a simple reset on the outlet itself), and did not charge us for the visit! He even tightened one of the outlets too. Would definitely hire him again!

Detailed description: needed an under cabinet/over sink light fixture replaced,. using the list provided, we chose Nick NAXOS. Nick came on time, did exactly what we requested and installed the new fixture. His price was what he quoted and we are very satisfied. He will be our electrician of choice. Very thorough and explained things well

What can I say, Nick was professional neat and punctual. He also helped with a problem I had with national grid getting them to repair my service line to the house. Having some experience with wiring I can say his work is first rate. He fell in the middle of the 3 quotes I got, but after talking to him I know he was a honest guy. I will be hiring him the next time I need an electrician.

Nick was fantastic. A really great communicator and he worked around my schedule: coming in evenings or the weekend. He ultimately saved me a lot of money by determining only a small part needed to be replaced rather than the entire fan. Would hire this guy again in a second!

I chose Nick, the owner, after 6 interviews with different electricians. He spent 2 hours checking out the job, wrote down what was needed and how to approach the job and gave a not the cheapest but reasonable price. He took time to do his work and was meticulous. He encountered a few problems but resolved with thoughtful solutions. He had to put in some extra work in order to do a good and complete job. I thank him for his professionalism which is hard to come by these days. He is getting very busy and took him longer to finish the job but I did not mind. It was a big job bring my 90 year old house up to code passed inspection without any problems. I feel very relieved.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Was able to trouble shoot all problems that I was having. Even though my house was new, a lot of small things were not finished. He explained everything he was doing and then told me what should have been done during construction.
