+ -1 moreFront desk is helpful and professional, pool cleaner works fine. Was told the pool would be up and running- however we encountered other problems with the pump and we have not been able to get them to return to evaluate and service for weeks. I have left several messages and have not gotten one phone call retuned. When I stopped by- I was told that someone would be by in a week. I am not sure if they did.
Description of Work: Opened pool, also bought pool cleaner/machine from them

+ -1 moreOverall they met expectations. Only bad thing is they do not fair away excess dirt. This is consistent with all installers. I live in the city and it was a pain to get rid of.

+ -1 moreThree days later, I have not received any call back. They are totally unprofessional and lack common decency by failing to call me back.
Description of Work: I called about a leak we have in our pool. After describing the amount of water lost each day and my observations on where I thought the leak was in detail to the individual that answered the phone, I was told that he would speak to his boss and call me back the next day.

Description of Work: I continue to use this company, I find them honest, always communicate with me. They installed my inground Swimming Pool 20 feet by 40 feet and did a great job. They always clean up after themself. It is a pleasure to see just great service I have recommend them to other friends and never disappointed
