Maidpro of Smithfield

It was alright. I most likely won't hire them again because I wasn't impressed by the work that they did. In a lot of areas, they pretty much wiped things down. Everything was clean to the eye but it was still layered on everything.

I called MaidPro of Smithfield after reading excellent reviews on Angies LIst. I was having my Thyroid out and wanted to do a one time deep cleaning so that the house would be nice and clean when I got home from the hospital. They were so awesome from the very first phone call to the day of the cleaning. They showed up on time and did a beyond fantastic job. The house has never smelled so clean and wonderful. They even sent me a card after my surgery which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely hire them again in the future! Thank you, thank you, thank you to al the wonderful woman who helped me out and did a fantastic job! From the people in the office to the cleaners that came the day of the cleaning everyone was so kind and professional.

She is an amazing and phenomenal woman. She is just an awesome woman and she could not be any better. She is just a wonderful person. She has a heart of gold and she is understanding.

They were very nice. I liked the person and their price. I decided then to just go with a friend of a friend.

I couldn’t be happier!! Ashley is a terrific cleaner!! Jenny who runs the franchise is great!! When Ashley is in my house she does not let anyone in for any reason. I was at work - 25 miles from my house - I got a call from the Town Water Dept and they said they had to get into my house right away and I couldn’t leave work so I called Jenny because I knew Ashley was going to my house that day and they both worked together to get my water meter replaced at a time when I was at work and couldn’t get home. Do you know how rare it is to receive such help from a company?? MaidPro of Smithfield is not a company – it’s a group of very caring, very hard working people that I am indebted to. I cannot more strongly recommend these wonderful people!!!I wished I could give them an A+.
