(continued from above).  The water line from my old refrigerator was not long enough so they installed a copper pipe extension.  When they left the refrigerator was working correctly and everything was put back in place.  All the packaging materials were removed so there was nothing for me to do but wait until the new applicance was cold enough to put my food inside.  Considering  my refrigerator had broken, the experience with J's made a bad situation a heck of a lot better.  Would definitely purchase from this store again.

 My Bosch dishwasher overflowed onto the kitchen floor so I went to the Bosch website for a certified repair company. One national company had very bad reviews online and none on Angies List. I opted for another company where I could talk to the person who would be coming to my home to service my dishwasher. He asked for the model number so that he could have parts available on his truck for my particular dishwasher. Wow! What a great idea! He gave me a three hour window, called ahead to give me an exact time, and arrived on time. He found a piece of glass buried in the drain line that was blocking the machine from pumping out. Since the fix was simple, he took $20 off the service call charge, ran the machine twice to make sure that everything was okay, and completed the job in 25 minutes. Great experience for me!  He could have told me that I needed replacement parts, but he was honest
