Description of Work: We had seen this company at a home show my husband and I attended. We were very impressed with owners. I called for an estimate on roof cleaning as we were getting ready to put our house on the market and noticed that the roof did need a good cleaning. I called Charlie and he came right out and gave us a quote to do the job. Again I was very impressed with his explanation of what was on the roof and the cost to remove it. He explained that what he uses to clean the roof is non-toxic and would not harm our shrubs or lawn. We had a couple other companies come in and give us estimates, but I told my husband I really wanted Charlie to do the job. He had stated that he was busy for the next week and could make it the 2nd week from the estimate day. However we were having our first open house that Sunday. My husband called him and told him how impressed I was with him and that we really wanted him to do the job for us. He squeezed us in between all his other jobs and did a FANTASTIC job on the roof and the back of our shed. We will highly recommend Charlie to anyone that is looking to have their roofs cleaned.

I was impressed with how responsive they were to my request to get the work done by a particular date. They came out promptly to give us an estimate, and kept us updated as to when the work would be done and what time the crew would arrive. It all went very smoothly, down to when they arrived and how long the job would take. That's a great help when a homeowner is juggling a lot of projects. Plus, the finished product looks really nice! I would definately use Eco-Friendly again.

Description of Work: My house had mold and moss on the roof. Contacted three businesses and Eco Friendly was the only one to respond. Two men arrived to work , one was the owner who did the actual spraying and treatment of the roof. He explained fully what they were going to do and the equipment they used. I expected an hour job but they took almost two hours which I see as doing a complete job and not just a spray and go.

Description of Work: My moss, mold and lichen covered roof was treated and looked just about new when the work was done. My home is large and my roof is very high, thus the higher cost.

Description of Work: I contacted the company to get my job set up and let them know at that time that I had a small roof that needed cleaned.(which I anticipated that it would cost me about $150 to clean) They said that a smaller job was no problem and they would come take a look at it. When the technician got there he stated that the cost would be an additional $200 on top of the $75 coupon I had purchased! I of course let him know that, that was NOT what I was told on the phone. I expected the entire thing to be $200, not $400, and they weren't adhering to the quotes on Angie's List. At that, he said he would speak to his supervisor and get back with me. Three hours later, the technician called me and said he had good news! I was thinking this meant that the job was going to be a total of $200 (including the coupon) but instead he stated that it would be $200 on top of the coupon, so basically he repeated the exact quote he had given me hours before in my driveway! I questioned that he would give me the same quote I was given 3 hours before and I repeated the quote again and asked why would he give me the same quote twice! After some discussion, I told him we couldn't do business together.

Description of Work: We had our roof cleaned and were very happy with the result. As a matter of fact, I have passed out cards to other people and reccommended this company.

Description of Work: I have a cape with a light grey 10 year old very dirty roof(black streaking some moss). Charles came out and told me he could get the roof looking new again. He took time and explained to me what caues the streaks and how he was going to treat it. I gave him the job (front roof only, north facing). Boy im glad I did. The roof really looks like the day it was put on. He came when he said and you can tell he takes pride in his work.
