It went perfectly. The sales rep was very professional. They were able to schedule the job in a few days. Just one day to install all what ductwork, vents, etc. When they left everything was clean as if they were never there. Hoping for a very hot summer to get my money's worth!

After a few mis-steps in a structurally difficult house, the job went well in a time-efficient manner.

They were an local provider, and I like doing business with local people. They were prompt, when I contacted then, had an issue with an rebate, and they helped me with this, their prices were better, I had four others, as a total of five out here, and they by far had the best price. Had actually better ideas, difficult install, where house and land is, In Rhode Island, there is a lot of rocks, and our house is rocky, angled, and they had to install two systems on opposite sides, thirty feet away, and wanted to the piping etc, unit is outside, less noticeable, less conduit and piping, less of an eye sore outside. Every company used different systems, Carjon used the best, the other company wanted to charge more for the Mitsubishi system.

The carjon team was professional from start to finish. I may not use them to install my heating system but of all the 5 companies I had provide an estimate they were one of the best when it came to customer service and being professional. That in itself maybe the deciding factor when I choose my contractor.

Needed update of an HVAC system. Rep was outhouse and on time. Quite received later was thousands of dollars higher than quotes from 3 other companies. In an apparent effort to make the deal more palatable, the quote included a list of the rebates/credits to which we might be entitled. Subtracting those credits from the total price brought the quote closer to other quotes, but still high. It makes one wonder whether this is one of those companies that see rebates as a means to increase their bottom line by increasing prices rather than a means to encourage the consumer to buy more energy efficient equipment.

The work they have done for me was accurate and efficient. It was well priced.

The salesman worked with my son to provide the furnace that my son researched and requested. I was provided space heaters while waiting for the work to be completed. My furnace ceased to work on a Monday and I had a new furnace up and running by Friday. The young men who installed the furnace could not have been more professional, polite, and considerate. The work area was left spotless when they completed the installation. The price was fair and the service excellent.

We had a very expensive, brand new boiler installed in our house. It had been mild when we first had it installed, so we did not use it much at first. Once we started using it a few weeks later, water was dripping out of the boiler (enough to fill up a bucket a day). We called and Carjon was very responsive, and sent someone over immediately (under warranty). They said they needed a replacement piece- for our brand new boiler. My husband had to be late for work again to have them come fix it. They replaced the piece- and it continued to drip water. We called again, and they came immediately and ordered another piece. We rearranged our schedule again, and they came and fixed it. Finally, that piece worked. But we felt like we had gotten a broken boiler- not a brand new one. Also, during this time, we received a late bill with a fee attached to it. They removed the fee and apologized, but it just added to our dissatisfaction. We were never asked if we would like a new unit. We have not had any problems with the boiler since.

Carjohn is a very very professional company. They take pride in the work they do and in the equipment that they install. They were clean, neat and quiet. Except for a lunch break they did not take a break but preferred to work through the day. I have rarely found such a group of workmen and a company quite like this. They are exceptional in every way. And their product that they installed so far lives up to the promise of it's advertisements. I have major lung problems and I can feel the difference in how much easier it is for me to breathe. AND I do not use oxygen.

Everything was great! We recently bought our first house. It had been sold with central AC but come to find out the compressor was shot! After a few estimates we went with CARJON. They were in the middle of the estimates we had. Mike came out for the estimate. He was great and answered all the questions I had. Scheduled to come out this Friday morning between 7:30 and 8:00. Arrived at 7:51. Both guys were class acts! Vinnie and the other one......I'm bad with names. I only remember Vinnie because I saw the name on his shirt at the end when he was showing me everything! (Hope it was your shirt!) Sorry other guy....you were really great and friendly too! Professional, neat and clean. A nice final walkthrough to explain everything that was done. Happy to have chosen these guys!

Fine - fixed problem promptly, explained everything and made recommendations

The service tech, Mike, was on time, professional and courteous. He preformed the work requested and suggested an annual contract for a/c and heating. He took the time to explain prices and options, which we took advantage of and now have piece of mind knowing we're covered by this company.

I took out a home repair loan and it requires tons of paperwork. Carjon has been great to work with throughout the entire process. They are very responsive via email. Robert came out and provided a quote for a system for my upstairs where it can get very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter. They were able to schedule me pretty quickly after getting all the required paperwork to Rhode Island Housing. The workers arrived promptly at 8am and worked very efficiently and professionally to complete the job. They did a fantastic job and thoroughly explained how the system works. They also cleaned up very well. I would definitely work with them again.

The installation crew was amazing. They had to overcome several challenges but they completed the work in a day (I was anticipating 2 days) and they left my home clean as a whistle. Other than the new units, you would never know that they had been there.. From beginning (the estimate) through completion all of the CarJon staff was professional and efficient; a great company. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They were very professional, provided a same day estimate and explained the options very well. The price was a bit more than we expected and we will get a couple more estimates, but this company was very impressive, professional and I would definately do business with them in the future.

Everything went perfectly smooth with Carjon from the initial estimate with Al my sales rep to the installation itself. Al, my sales rep, was available to me and answered many additional questions, that I thought about after intitally getting the estimate from him, via e-mail and phone. He even came back out again before we signed any contract with them to go over the installation process again and where the vents would go and how everything would be setup just to get my mind put at ease. On the day of installation, May 1, the installation team from Carjon arrived promptly and early at 7:45 a.m., which was great in my book! The head of the installation team, whose name I believe was Jeff, first asked if he could go over with me exactly what the plan would be and what Al had told me etc.. which I said yes that was fine. We walked around the back of the house and he showed me where they would put the new compressor outside as well as how they would run the lines up the side of the house and where they would go into it just below the roof. The installation team got right to it right after Jeff finished walking around and explaining to me what they would do and where everything would go as well as going over ventilation placement in each room. They laid down very large tarps and got to work upstairs cutting out sections for the vents to go in and setting everything up. They took a break around 12 for lunch and by 12:45 were back at it and they were all done by 3 p.m. They cleaned up perfectly after themselves and left the house in the same way they found it. Every single member of that team was excellent and if I ever need work done replacing any AC components at all I will be sure to contact Carjon. One last thing. Before I selected Carjon as the winning bidder I had gone out and gotten another quote from another large AC company in Rhode and it was more than double what Carjon quoted me for a similar unit which made me love Carjon's quote and final price that much more. But what made me sold 100% on Carjon was their the fact that their salesman seemed not only knowledgable but, honest about what type of unit I needed and the costs involved in getting it all setup. The other salesman didn't even get the quote, even though it was ridiculously high, to me on time and I had to call him to remind him to send it to me. Right off the bat had a bad feeling about that other company and Carjon was always prompt, on time, and available to answer any and all questions I had. If your looking to have central AC installed I definitely can recommend these pros as they seem fair and honest.

He was just great. I will give him an ?A?. We were terrified about what it might be and he said it was a bad thermostat. He checked absolutely everything. He took me around and showed everything that he did and what happened. They were very reasonable; it was just the price of the call. He was just great. He is going come back again; since we have something done in the kitchen so he is going to wait until we finished it because otherwise there will be a problem with the thermostat and the painting. So we will just call him in two weeks once the painting is done and he will put it in. He was very knowledgeable and very efficient.

Dealing with CARJON was a pleasure. Throughout the process, Mike and the installers were prompt, courteous, responsive, thorough, and professional. They exemplify how businesses should operate.

We received two quotes when looking into central air and ended up using CARJON. They were very thorough from the initial quote through to the installation, as well as on the follow up test of the unit, which has worked perfectly all season. The installers were very courteous, quiet and clean during the install process. Our only critique would be that there was vagueness in the agreement pertaining to the rebates that took some discussing with one of the owners, but it was resolved to our satisfaction and we would certainly recommend their work to others in the future, just as they were recommended to us from both former customers and a local plumber as well.

They were very courteous prompt professional, and clearly experts in their field. Al, my salesman, was very knowledgeable and helpful even with financing. he understood the needs of my unusual style home. He asked me where I wanted the condenser. He walked me through the steps and options to be sure i was okay with it. He then scheduled another home visit with his colleague,Eric, who was the technical person for the project. They even asked me where I wanted the ducts, although they had suggestions. The job went very smoothly. They cleaned up their mess and left the house the way they found it. I was called the following week to see if I had questions or problems. They are very organized, and did a fabulous job. It was worth the wait. They are booked for many weeks out. I highly recommend this company and am so glad I choose them over several other estimates from other companies. I could tell they were the most knowledgeable about this type of work.
