Description of Work: Replaced a boiler after emergency. Offered multiple options, space heaters in the interim (boiler went on a thursday night), scheduled service quickly for Monday. I couldn't have asked for a smoother, easier company to work with on this project! The professionalism was outstanding during installation. The gentlemen were courteous, very efficient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! They checked the outside line completely and identified another leak, helped me coordinate with National Grid and had everything back on within hours. | |I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them for everything I need!

Excellent installation techs; considerate, respectful and knowledgeable. System is working extremely well and we estimate that is has significantly reduced our electric cost compared to our window air units we used before. CarJoh personnel, from initial sales rep meeting and quote to installation completion and follow-up has been excellent. They deliver what they said they would. We highly recommend them!!

Very disappointing as I took time off from work to meet up with them for the estimate.
Description of Work: I had Carjon out for an estimate on updating the heating systems in both apartments of our two-family home. The representative was very helpful, but we never received an estimate, even after calling and leaving messages multiple times.

CarJon is not a company, I would use again. They fail to do thorough or accurate work and they are simply average in terms of their services. My air conditioner still smells, as if it is producing a musty or moldy aroma. They said they had fixed the problem, but I am still detecting moldy smells, generating from the area where my air conditioning unit sits. That tells me that they did not actually do the job of fixing the mold problem I am having. I can not relay what this repair work cost me, without consulting my records, but they seem to be average in terms of prices. They do not charge ridiculous rates, but they are not the best either.
Description of Work: CarJon attempted to fix a pump that came loose in the air conditioner, at my 1200 square foot residence. The unit was producing a moldy smell.

All employees, from owners/mangers on down, are friendly, courteous, professional & thorough. The estimate was explained in easy to understand terms for a layperson like myself. The job was completed on time (fast,) and with minimal disruption to our household. From the first meeting I had with company representatives I felt very comfortable with their people & confident in their abilities. They did not try to "hard sell" me, but they were very respectful. They seemed to be very knowledgeable and competent, and it turned out they actually were. The finished project looks great and works great. We couldn't be more pleased.
Description of Work: We hired them to install an air conditioning system in our 2-story home, complete with all duct work. This job was a retro-fit as our house was built in 1998 without AC. They took great pains to locate the ductwork and air vents in places that would be as unintrusive and "invisible" as possible. Additionally they offered detailed explanations of the reasoning behind their recommendations for the layout of the system.

THEY WERE IN AND OUT IN A DAY. THEY TOURED THE HOME AND RECOMMENDED WHAT AIR SYSTEM TO USE AND DISCUSSED THE PRICING WITH ME. THEY HAD TO RUN NEW DUCT WORK FOR THE UNIT, AND BUSTED THEIR TAILS TO HAVE EVERYTHING DONE IN A DAY.
