Description of Work: I used the services of CARJON twice, once to install air conditioning in my own home, and later for my sister's home. Both installations were done very professionally. The estimates were clear and detailed, and in accordance with other contractors prices. The equipment is topnotch, and the install was expertly done.

Description of Work: I had three contractors price the AC system for my house. Of the three, Carjon's was, first and foremost, the lowest, but it was also presented in a very professional manner. I received a written (typed, not handwritten) quote, along with a layout of the system and the sizing calculations. The sales rep, Rob Lanni, was very communicative and the technicians who did the installation were courteous, clean and neat - it was like they were never there. | |They installed two systems - in in the attic for the 2nd floor and kitchen, and one in the living room to pick up the rest of the downstairs. | |Very pleased overall - justt need some hot weather to test drive it all.

Description of Work: Carjon has serviced our air conditioning unit for many years. Last year, we installed two Fijitsu heat pumps. We have called twice in the past year about questions with the operation of the units. Carjon is always responsive to our queries and and a representative was at our house within 24 hours on both occasions.

Description of Work: The service technician checked out the heating unit and diagnosed the problem was with the valve. He provided a temporary fix and said he would send a complete estimate on the valve replacement. It took a couple of weeks to schedule an appointment.
