Anderson Property Resources handled a wide range of projects, was willing to go the extra mile, completed work on time and was fair with pricing for me. Based on those factors, I would recommend calling Eric for your project(s). He cleaned out a condo that was littered with trash, scrubbed down the walls & kitchen cabinets and installed new appliances making the kitchen look new. To minimize the smell from a smoker in the unit, he went on to clean out all the vents and coordinated replacement of a rug. I am happy to share that the property sold during the first weekends of showings. Eric then moved the tenant to the other property where he also completed a lot of work: repointing chimney, repairing siding, coordinating repair for a mini-split & heating system, as well as relocating baseboard, aligning sliding doors, and addressing a bulkhead. As you can see, Eric can handle a wide range of tasks and does it with a positive attitude. He is great to work with and I would recommend you give him a call for your project.
