Chris's Junk removal

Really well. Chris and his son are great guys. Very helpful and accommodating. Most people contacted never answered the phone, called back etc. And were very abrupt. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Chris and his team arrived at my home right on time, assessed what needed to be done, and completed the job efficiently and quickly. They were pleasant and respectful and clearly knew what they were doing. I would recommend Chris's unconditionally. In fact, if I have further hauling needs, I intend to use Chris's again, without any need to comparison shop.

Chris returned my call immediately and was polite and professional. We set a date and time, he showed up and did the work as promised for a reasonable price. It is always a pleasure dealing with people who are friendly, professional and do what they say they will, when they say they will, as this is becoming more and more rare.

Chris came with two additional people. They sawed apart the steel bed-frame and couch frame and removed in pieces. This took time but resulted in absolutely no damage to stairway or walls. (This had been concern for us with such a heavy awkward item.) They vacuumed the carpet and moved other furniture into place and additionally removed some other junk. It was a great team that you can feel comfortable with in your home.

Chris's team arrived early and went strait to work. He charge's by the truckload, which can be problematic if you do not have a reputable complany. Some companies would simply load up the stuff as they were which would have likely filled the truck 4 times over. However, this company broke everything down into smaller pieces which then reduced the number of truckloads, in my estimate, by at least half. For example, there were two sofas and Chris's team chopped them up into smaller, flatter pieces. Chris is very personable and oversaw every step of the process ensuring that his team was careful not to damage the premises and that the area was cleaned up after all was removed. Overall, excellent job!

Chris promptly met with me to review the job and provided an estimate the same day. We then agreed on a price and start date. Chris and his men showed up on time and did an awesome job. They were all very professional and easy to work with. Chris will be my first call for future projects.

I've had three different junk removal companies come to remove this radiator, and they all either declined or didn't show. Chris and his team weren't fazed at all, and figured out a way to get it out of the house. They are the best in the business!

They arrived promptly and in approx. 20 minutes had the job done. A bit expensive for such a short job but they were personable and efficient. It was nice to finally have the swing set out of our yard.
