Description of Work: I have used him several times and he was always great and super responsive. The last time he did a pest inspection to satisfy a home inspection on the sale of my house. There was a discrepancy between us and the buyers' inspector and Jame was really good and told the buyers that if he wanted to he could have made money off of me but that in his professional opinion, the house was free of termites. It was an honest and honorable thing to do. Besides that, he has always taken care of any pest problem I have sent him.

 + -1 moreThe owner responded sat down with my wife to myself to discuss what the ant problem was in the house. After making the determination for the specific type of ants, he viewed the location within the house where we saw the ants and then he baited all of the areas that were involved with a specific bait. A few days later he called and talked to my wife to find out what the results were from where he baited.
Description of Work: He inquired about what the exact problem was, investigated locations and then baited. He also called a few days later to find out what was going on.

 + -1 moreIt went very well. James knew what to look for and was able to capture and relocate the squirrels quickly and safely.
Description of Work: James Hoard runs Quality Pest Control, and he was EXCELLENT!!! He's very nice, extremely knowledgeable about animal behavior, prompt, professional, compassionate and very reasonably priced. We had squirrels in the house, and he removed a mating pair with Have Your Heart traps and relocated then together in an area away from houses and with the resources they need to survive. I couldn't recommend him more highly!!!

 + -1 moreWe had a terrible problem with ants a week before our daughter's wedding. It took Quality Pest Control a day to come out. They came out three days in a row to exterminate these ants. They were very gracious. They got rid of them within a week for the wedding. They were fabulous.

Description of Work: Found we had a large yellow jacket nest in bedroom ceiling, with some escaping into bedroom. Called Quality -. he came out same day, treated the area, and the insects were killed with no more problems. My only slight complaint was that he said he would call back to check but never did. . Very knowledgeable owner, explained what he was doing, etc. Would use again.
