It didn't go at all
Description of Work: Jay set up an appointment to give an estimate and did not show up. He called me over 1/2 hr. later to tell me that he is running late & could we schedule another day. I told him that I would have appreciated that he call me at least 1/2 hr. before the appt. to tell me that he couldn't make it instead of making us be sure to be home to meet him at the appt. time and then make us wait over 1/2 with no word. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would not use someone who doesn't respect my time.

Description of Work: WOW! Jay was great. He came into the electrical mess of a new house and within 6 hours had everything SAFE and running correctly. He replaced every outlet inside and out, rewired the lights, fixed the doorbell, and even wired for a disposal. His regular rates are as good as any. What I liked about Jay the most was that he was a REAL person, not a grungy I’m here for a job, pay me kind of guy.

Description of Work: I hired Positive Energy electric to install a generator.I could not have been more pleased and I was nervous , having had bad experiences with contractors in the past. Jay was very pleasant and knowledgable, thorough and neat. After installing the generator, he walked me through how to use it step by step, how to maintain it. This company gets 5 stars from me, I would most certainly use them again in the future!,
