A++ The whole experience was 100% professional. The office was great to talk to, answered all my questions and was able to book me for the following day. They gave me a window in which they would arrive and they were right on time. The driver gave a call when he was on his way and did a great job. I couldn't have asked for a smoother transaction.

They are punctual, efficient and friendly. They usually come the day I call or soon thereafter. We were having other electric work done recently and the electrician couldn't figure out what circuit the septic was on. Mumford sent someone right over and figured it out--for no fee! I wish every company I dealt with was so high quality. (They also put in the septic system before we bought the house and it has been fine.)

No issues. Don't have to be home. Easy to schedule.

7 PM and all of a sudden my toilets are backing up. A call to Mumford brought them out in about an hour with their shiny new truck that pumped out my septic tank (something the previous owner was supposed to have done prior to the closing). They returned in a day or so to replace the pipe that ran from the house to the tank - it was original from when the house was built in 1965 and had roots protruding through it. They also cleaned the filter in the septic tank and add collar extensions so the tank could be located without having to dig down 6 inches or more. Very courteous, responsive and professional. Highly recommend them.

perfectly we filled one dumpster and called they came that morning and switched it out for a new one quick efficient I could not ask for more. I would use them again.

I noticed that the ground was soggy near the septic system cover and call Mr. Mumford's company early in the afternoon. I was told that someone could come out the next day. I stated that we were having house guests coming in later that day and they would be with us for a few days. I was told that they would try to get someone out later that day. Within a few hours an employee arrived, cleaned the filter, determined that the system was properly flowing and did not need pumping at this time. Quite a relief in that the work was performed before out guests arrived and that I did not have to have the tank pumped. I have used Mr Mumford's company several times in the past. Service is always arranged promptly, provided courteously and professionally. And his fee's are very reasonable. I would not hesitate, and in fact I have several times, recommended this company to friends and neighbors. I will continue to use this company for all my septic system needs.

My father had used them before, so I went ahead and used them. I had a very brief interaction with them and it was positive.

I joined Angie's list to find a company to pump my septic tank, and I can just say my membership fee was well worth it. I called Mumford Services and their customer service was outstanding. They wanted to send someone over the same day, but I had other appointments I could not cancel. Herbie arrived this morning, the job is done, and I couldn't wait to post here and praise the service. He was personable and gladly answered my questions. One thing I dread when dealing with any service provider is the typical sales pitch to spend more money, but Herbie never did this and I appreciate that. My neighbors and I rely on references from each other, and I will not hesitate to recommend Mumford to them. The $10 coupon was a nice bonus.

We've had our septic pumped many times by Mumford's. Each time we call they're very responsive with setting up appointments for the next day, or asap. We haven't had any other work done by Mumford's, but for septic pumping, they're professional, punctual, and have competitive rates.

I called Mumford upon recommendation from Angies List. They were able to come for a septic pump within the week. The office person was very courteous, helpful with a sense of humor. The technician arrived promptly and went right to work after meeting with me. He was kind enough to be patient with our large, boisterous dog giving her a pet. The entire process took less than 30 minutes. He was very careful; reapplied the cover correctly and closed the gates to the backyard. The price was exactly as quoted with no surprises. I would surely use this company again for routine maintenance or emergency services.

My septic backed up on a Friday night. I called Mumford and was asked if I could wait until the morning only because it was hard to dig in the dark. He arrived on time, was done quickly, and did a great job. He only charged me the regular rate for coming at 7:00 ON A SATURDAY MORNING. I would totally recommend them to anyone. They're great.

Pumping went fine, but driver seemed unaware that it was his company's responsibility to report the service to the town engineering office, not the homeowners responsibility.

It was fine - they were responsive and explained what they were doing. I'd call them if I have a problem in the future.

They arrived on-time, located the septic tank, carefully removed landscaping and placed it back after the inspection. No complaints.
