They managed the challenges of our rocky terrain with ease. Each individual was masterful at specific parts of the installation process. Their workflow was smooth and efficient. They were also cheerful throughout the process. It was a pleasure to watch them work. Jhon and Petro offered thoughtful suggestions that ultimately improved the layout. Kyle was very helpful and responsive. They were fairly priced and we were happy with the 2-day turnaround. Overall, we were very pleased with their service and recommend them without hesitation.

Was awesome to work with

The initial fence removal and new fence were installed quickly and done well. We are so happy with how things came out. The gate was completed a few weeks later because they needed to wait for some parts to come in. In these times with Covid, I know supplies can be difficult to find as I had trouble buying a refrigerator a few months prior. Chad maintained communication with me to keep me updated throughout the process. When they came out to do the gate, there were a few problems initially getting everything to line up as they were using the existing poles in order to save me some money. All my concerns were addressed and they all worked hard to make it right. I would have no problem recommending Fence Pros Direct to family and friends and I would use them again.

Fence Pros Direct did a wonderful job fencing our backyard! We recently bought a house after moving to RI from out of state, and moved in with our two pups. The backyard wasn’t fenced though when we moved in, so the dogs couldn’t go out. I called between 10-15 fence companies, and Fence Pros Direct was the only company that could still fit us in this year. Chad came out, measured the yard, and sent us a quote a few days later. While it wasn’t the lowest quote we received, it was well worth it to use to use a company that communicated well, and was able to come out in an efficient timeframe. Less than two weeks from when I originally reached out, our fence was built! The crew that came out to actually set it up was incredibly friendly, & built the fence in just a few hours. It appears to be very sturdy & well constructed. They answered all my questions, and built it exactly as anticipated. Payments can all be made through an e-check portal, and Chad was always quick to answer any emails & phone calls. I would definitely recommend this company for all your fencing needs!

It was really fabulous. The person who took care of me was outstanding. He did everything what I wanted. He took care of everything. He took picture and kept me updated. He did the job quickly. I just cant say enough with the service I received.

We could not have been more pleased with the entire process. We accepted Fence Pros bid on 9/10 and went from acceptance to completed project in TEN days! Chad was in constant contact regarding materials, delivery and installation scheduling. His guys came Saturday and banged out the entire back yard in one day. Looks great and the dogs are now safe and secure! Thanks for the good work.

Chad and his team were great. They got to the job quickly and knocked it out in two days once we started. They were punctual and their costs were competitive with others that couldn’t get to my job for months. I’m very happy with their work.

This was mid summer and wood availability was poor after so many home projects during the Covid shelter in place. It was difficult to get estimates. Work would probably begin in fall. Chad came quickly. He could do the work sooner and worked with me to provide the fence I wanted. It was installed in one day.
