+ -1 moreA great job. His report came a week later, very thorough and professional. He is a RI state licensed real estate appraiser. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Dave Brandon arrived on time, ready to appraises my house. He did a fine job, thorough, was easy to work with, and answered all my questions. He took photos, went to Town hall, got similar properties that sold for comparisons.
