His schedule can be irregular, as he is a member of the National Guard. His military obligations rarely interfere with his schedule, but can limit weekend activities if that's what you want. The first project he did for me was the deck, which turned out very good. Based on that, I had him also reroof the house a few months later. And later still, I had him renovate the kitchen and bath on this old ranch. Very well accomplished, with quite a bit of carpentry work needed. Joe's patience and tolerance with the homeowner is a strong suit, and he works with any designer you might choose (he can recommend some if you have no preference). He understands the frustrations homeowners feel when undertaking such a big project, and the intrusiveness of it all. He works with you when you feel it getting to you. Joe is highly recommended.

Joe Cabral III does quality work and his prices are competitive. He has accomplished three projects already for me on an older ranch, a deck rebuild, new roof, and kitchen and bath remodel. In all cases Joe's work was excellent. He will work with the homeowner to accomodate any special needs or considerations, and will help the homeowner to achieve a good result when costs can be a challenge. Because he is a military man serving in the National Guard, I try to send work his way when I can. His availability can be constrained due to his military service from time to time. But this doesn't stop him from having a full plate of ongoing projects, including home additions and some commercial work. I am currently assessing estimates for a room addition project on a different home, and Joe will get first consideration.
