There is an easement in the backyard of multiple properties on my street which is mandated by the town for proper drainage throughout the neighborhood. Home owners are responsible for maintaining the easement in regards to its function and accessibility. I hired Greenwave Landscape & Horticulture Services LLC to do a major cleanup of dead trees, debris, and shrub overgrowth from the past years build up in order to keep the Easement functional. The owner was very friendly, courteous, and professional. He provided me with a free consultation and an estimate that was very reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be performed. After reading reviews online from other customers on Angies List I felt comfortable to move forward. The work was performed diligently and with very high quality. I am very pleased with the way things turned out.

They were prompt they were courteous, they were knowledgeable about the topic. The prices were good.

We started using Greenwave about 3 or 4 years ago for routine grass cutting every other week, and were very happy with them. Then the last couple of years they got more and more expensive, with not as good service. The fall cleanup estimated charge was over the top ($300), so we stopped having them do that, but did continue with routine lawn care. They did not always come on the day they were supposed to. We leave our dogs in the yard, but since we didn't always know when they would come (so as to leave them inside that day), we had asked them to make sure the dogs were on the screened porch with the porch door closed when they came. The first few years they were very good about that. This year they were not - the dogs would be loose in the yard while they worked, and a few times the gate was left partly open. We continued to use them as the service was adequate but not great, but today was the last straw. They had apparently sent us a bill e-mail in October, which we never got - or if we did it got lost in the shuffle. Fine, such things happen - and they should have sent a courteous reminder. But they didn't. We got no reminders email or regular mail, until today when we got a nasty letter from them threatening to take us to court if we didn't pay the bill. We paid it, but felt that this was really inappropriate business practice - a simple courteous reminder is the normal way to do business. (As I said, we are not aware of getting any email bills from them that we did not pay.) In any case their service got worse, their prices got higher, and their carelessness with the dogs and the gate are good enough reason for us to look elsewhere next year.

Although it was a little difficult getting in touch with the company initially, I'm glad I was persistent. Sebastian is very professional, personable, and above all knowledgeable. My quarter-acre yard was neglected all last year and needed some serious attention. Sebastian spent a considerable amount of time with me during his first visit and really listened to my concerns as well as my future plans for my yard. His estimate was thorough and delivered quickly and the work that his crew has done has been exemplary. Although there was a slight miscommunication regarding access to my backyard, once I discussed it with Sebastian the situation was immediately corrected. I am very pleased with the quality of work as well as the convenience of using PayPal directly through their website to make my payments. I also appreciate the fact that they are truly a full-service landscaping company and I plan to continue to have them care for my yard in the future.

I have used GreenWave for all my landscape needs for the past three years. Before using GreenWave, I did not have much luck with landscapers. My lawn always looked a little too long. Since using GreenWave, my yard has never looked better. Sebastian does the Spring and Fall clean-ups and the weekly mowing int the summer. He also has handled a downed tree removal and trimming of spring flowering bushes and evergreens. We are having our house painted this year and Sebastian will be handling the trimming and removal of all plant growth in the way of the painters. He is also working on replacing a matching evergreen tree for my front yard. I think it is apparent that he is my go to guy for all my yard needs. His prices are reasonable, discounts on cleanups are given if he also cuts the lawn. I have always found his prices to be in line with current pricing. From prior experience, I find that the quality of his work is above average. He is always professional and courteous. Even more, he is very personable and doesn't have a problem stopping what he is doing to discuss any problem or concern I want to discuss. He knows his business, if it isn't something he can do, he usually has somebody he can recommend. I have never had a problem with response time, he always responds within a day or two. I am ok with a little lag knowing that he is working all day and that spring and fall are his busiest seasons. I did not know Sebastian before I used his services. My recommendation is entirely based on the great work he provides. It is also because I like Sebastian and his father very much. I wish everyone that provided services were as nice as they are.

Gave second chance. Called back 24 hours later. Gave price over the phone. Explained scope of work. Sebastian spent extra time on explaining the work process when no other companies did. Definitely take a look at this landscaper before you make a final decision.

Originially contacted at the beginning of August, it took a few rescheduling times to finally get yard cleanup done due to company's request/personal problems. Communication was a problem as I was not receiving answers to questions until several days later. Once owner did reply, things were agreed on relatively quick. I wanted to have yard area re-landscaped and was promised a graphic presentation but never received it after a month. I used owners friend (consult for plants since owner was more familiar with lawns) to obtain shrubs/plants/flowers and he helped me put them in. I have not heard from this company since then. Owner did mention that this was not an area he normally serviced but he did have a couple of companies he was mowing the lawn for. I should have picked up on that cue. Nice son and father company but not able/willing to provide services agreed upon (weekly mowing/fertilizing/shrub care).

Sebastian is professional and courteous. I was having my roof reshingled at the some time which required some scheduling accommodations. Sebastian was very amenable. he is also creative which is exactly what I needed for the back yard. Overall he provided quality work at a reasonable price.

Sebastian did a great job designing and planting -we did not know anything about landscaping or gardening and needed to do something with the bare yard that came with a new construction, he crafted a design that fit our needs and was very helpful in the whole process from picking out plants at the nursery with us to showing us how to take care of the lawn after he left.

Sebastian gives excellent service, and achieves excellent results.

I have used GreenWave for about a year now. Last year they did all my summer mowing and fall yard clean-up. This year they did the spring clean-up and trimmed my azaela and evergreen bushes. I will also be using them for the summer mowing again. I am very happy with the finished results. Sebastian is extremely hard working and punctual, and the pricing is very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company.

Upon first contacting Sebastian, my lawn seemed to have suffered greatly from the intensely hot summer, with numerous bare spots and an overabundance of weeds. I was certain he would need to remove what grass existed, and reseed or replace with turf. After an inspection of only a few minutes, Sebastian informed me that such extensive measures were not necessary, and that he could restore my lawn for half of what I had planned on spending. Two weeks after his first treatment in the middle of September, I had 2-3 inches of lush, green grass all across my lawn, in the bare spots as well, with better growth than I had experienced since I first purchased the house in 1998. Sebastian also identified what I thought was heat damage, as chinch bug infestation, which he treated as well. I sought a contract with GreenWave for 2014, to maintain the surprising and successful restoration of a lawn I was convinced I had lost. I believe anyone would be well advised to take advantage of Sebastian's knowledge and expertise in lawn care.

We contacted Greenwave Landscape & Horticulture, as we have successfully worked with them last year. The owner, Sebastian was very helpful in coordinating our project due to its urgent nature. We needed it cleaned as soon as possible and we were assured he would be able to service our home promptly. He came the next morning!! What a relief, by noon everything was cleared and we able to use our walkways and driveway again. I recommend Greenwave highly, very professional and courteous, Thank you!

After interviewing several local companies in the area,I found that Greenwave landscape was the best fit for me and my family. Sebastian has a very friendly and helpful demeanor and although his company was not the lowest price by far, he was the best value, and delivered beyond our expectations. We would recommend his company to anyone, hands down.
