VicMir donated there time and all of the equipment for our 8 year old son Brandon who is in a wheelchair and on a breathing ventilator. We were in the early stages of building our house to make it fully accesable for our son when Vic Sr and his sons approched us about what they wanted to do.When they ever told me they wanted to install all of this equipment and donate it for Brandon my wife and I, we were blown awy.Words can't express the appreciation we have for what this hometown company has done for us.I felt a senese of relief after finding out because the heating and ac was not figured into our budget so we were going to try making our old system work... I would reccomend this company to anyone.

Vicmir installed a new gas burner and indirect water heater for me a couple of years ago. I can't say enough about how great this family owned and operated business is. The work was extremely well done, and I'm probably saving $50-100 per month in gas and electric bills due to the increased efficiency of the system. My old oil system was a mess, and the piping at the burner was causing all kinds of problems. Vicmir figured out why my heat was so inconsistent and why some rooms were always cold. I couldn't believe how the job came out - my system looks like a work of art now. These guys are REAL PROS!!!

They took out the old Sears energy hog and put in the new system all in one day, with father and son working together and the son Vic jr finishing up the job and cleaned up very nicely both inside and outside. They were both very nice and knew their product from many years of experience.

Overall, we were satisfied with the service and would use Vic's again.

He arrived on time for the estimate. He called the next day to give me the estimate and scheduled the work. He arrived early the day of the appointment. He was very professional. He finished the work in a timely manner. He actually charged me less than quoted.

I will refer this company as often as possible. Not only did they do great work, but they were the nicest people you could ask for. I am an architect (never worked with these people before since I don't do residential) so wanted clear information, and I asked many questions. Vic patiently discussed my system details with me and was glad I wanted to be informed. They were the only company I had quotes from who actually measured my house, calculated heat loss and requirements, discussed my system with me, etc. Due to unique layout of my house, we worked together to solve a challenging retrofit puzzle. Their quote in writing had every detail on paper unlike some quotes I had with one line: "Heating system: $30,000." Some other companies gave me patronizing attitude (I am a woman) or did not look close enough at the house, so proposed impossible to install systems. I have lived in the finished home a couple of months now, and it is comfortable and efficient.

Very well. Professional, clean installation. Good workmanship. Fixed issues promptly. Came back and addressed inadequacies in system. Compared to other HVAC systems I have seen/experienced, our heating and cooling works very well.

He had it repaired in no time. He's very efficient and we've used them for 8 years. He doesn't cut through closets or anything and does a very clean job.
