Marshall Building and Remodeling, Inc. claims to be “ a small company with a big commitment to you.” After hiring them to replace my tired sliding glass doors, I have to say that I agree wholeheartedly with that statement. Customer service, project management, product quality and expertise of the installers proved to be a fabulous experience. Thank you David, Tim, Derek , Heather and the rest of the team for making me one happy customer! Oh and did I mention that I have hired them to do more work on my property?!?

I had my house sided and front steps rebuilt and the job was perfect. Highest quality materials and workmanship. A fantastic company to work with from the very start. I am following up with them for a new roof and gutters and they are a proven high quality company with great customer service. So happy I chose Marshall.

They come to my place and say we will give you estimate and after they don t give me estimate and not contact me. I call 10 times and last call they say we can t do this job.

Marshall was one of two quotes I received. They did a great job on educating me and showing me the issues with my current roof. I have about a 7 week wait to install it, but I wasn;t having any leaks and I contacted them in the height of roofing season. They installed my rood in one day and did a FANTASTIC job of covering up my plants and shrubs to avoid any damage from a two story roofing job. They cleaned up everything really well and my new roof looks great! My neighbor called me the next day to get my assessment of them, after seeing the time they took to meticulously cover all of my plants. The price was fair and the roofing materials have a 50 year warranty.

I also had Marshall install replacement windows, a new roof, french door, and new decking and rails, all of which helped me to sell the house in 2 weeks. Also, no money was exchanged until the work was completed.....pretty hard to beat. I wanted to give them the 5 stars they deserved, but for some reason it came out 4 1/2 stars

Marshalls replaced my roof last year and I couldn't have been happier with the workmanship, cleanup, crew, and overall process. I was so happy that I chose to go with Marshalls for the siding project on my house, which is in progress currently. The transformation is amazing!
