He fixed and cleaned the clogged area. His work was well done.

We hired Bobby to provide biweekly lawn maintenance. He was pricey but he had a good pitch. “I help elderly and the disabled, etc” as we told him we had disabled children. The job was done well. However we fired him. He NEVER responded to text messages or voicemails. We tried to set up a way to get his payment to him. It states on Angi that he takes checks and PayPal however we were told cash and it must be prepaid in advance, at least two payments. He wanted me to leave it inside a door in an envelope. The problem with this is he would not respond to texts or calls to find out when he was coming. He came when he happened to be in the area is my guess but I’m not willing to leave cash in a door that’s unlocked (screen door) if I don’t know he will be there to get it. Things have been stolen in our neighborhood. He told me he would come on Tuesday. On Monday I was at the grocery store and received a series of abrasive texts complaining that he wasn’t paid. I called and informed him that he told me he was coming on Tuesday and it was only Monday. I offered to leave the store to meet him. He told me to leave it in the door but he had no idea what day he would come to get it. He wasn’t able to meet to receive his payment. He was not very nice during our conversation. I will be mailing a money order and fired him. We never knew when he would come and did not appreciate being scolded for failing to leave money on the day he wasn’t supposed to come to provide his services. I would employ this individual if you don’t mind texts and messages being ignored, if you don’t care when your lawn professional will show up and demand cash payment, and if you don’t mind someone talking rudely to you when they came on the wrong day and their payment wasn’t waiting for them. Also services are fairly expensive. Hire at your own risk I guess.

Wonderful. Worked very hard in this heat. Brought all his own equipment needed for the job and cleaned up after himself Wonderfully pleasant man to work with.

This man cut my lawn right after the rain of 1.25 inches fell during the day at 7:00 that night. 1) You are not supposed cut a lawn when it is WET, and this lawn was soaked, because the blades rip the grass apart instead of cutting and can ruin a lawn. We will see!!! 2) The worst time of day to cut a lawn is at night after 6pm. You supposed to give the grass a chance to heal before nightfall. Again this can ruin a lawn. 3) In using a mulching mower and in that the lawn was wet and torn instead of cut the result was that the grass fell to the ground instead of being cut into pieces and was left all over my lawn and it took me an hour and 1/2 to rake it up 2 days later when it dried. When I sent him a text to tell him exactly what I am writing here he told me " Do not text me s*** like that on a Sunday". I am hoping my lawn survives this massacre. I doubt it. It looks I will have to have it Aerated and reseeded again this fall and live with consequence's of using this man incompetence.

Bobby has a remarkable work ethic! He did an amazing amount of work cleaning, scraping, helping us change out mulch colors, helping us transplant plants, edge and mulch. Very easy going, polite, and professional. Will definitely hire him again.

Bobby is amazing. He truly went above and beyond in cleaning our yard. He even removed some old fencing and brush piles. I've already decided to have him come back for additional lawn care and possibly some landscaping. Very happy!!

Excellent!! He came immediately to evaluate. It's a Summer home so I was not there. He took pictures of other problems besides what I saw. He sent an itemized bill so we coulld see how much work we wanted done at that time. He was in regular contact about the work. I traveled there several days after he completed the work and was very pleased. PS. This is a three story building he was working on.. SPC
