 + 2 moreThey are not going to restore files in my country. We have the basic service and its very expensive but they don't provide me with everything that I need. we use them for TV and satellite services, they're paired with a service that provides a dish. The package we have we have a monthly package, TV telephone and wireless.
Description of Work: I am currently with Verizon, I don't know what I said last time but they have services everywhere but not in the little places. We have a monthly contract with them.

 + 1 moreI'm happy with them. I have unlimited text, internet and phone service. It downloads pretty fast. I have basic channels for my TV but I pay a little basic extended fee. Their price is reasonable. I don't have any complaints about them.
Description of Work: Verizon is my internet, cellular and TV service provider. I pay $150 for all the services.

 + 0 moreMy husband handles the internet and billing. I really don't download any apps. We don't have unlimited text, we don't do text. I think we had a deal with my husband's employer. I don't really know how they compare with the others according to price so I don't really have an opinion on that. We've had a lot of issues with them. We didn't have a service for a week. If I had a choice and we weren't in a contract, I would dump them immediately.

 + 0 moreThe thing I like most about them is that, we have severe weather, either a hurricane or a bad blizzard, and we never lose our cable power, whereas other local cable providers do. The price is pretty comparable; it is expensive though.

 + -1 moreI would not recommend them to anybody. I will continue to use them for the time being. They do not have Fios in my area but I am paying Fios prices for worst quality service. It is crooked what they are doing. Their prices are too high. They do know what they are doing when they come for service.
Description of Work: I use Verizon for my cable TV. I last had a problem with a new TV and getting it set up but it had nothing to do with Verizon. I called them out to check something. There was basically no service done.

 + -1 moreI never made these call and now my phone bill is over $1000, verizon took off the money that pertained to the phone booth. None of the overseas charges were taken off and I still have a bill over $1000 for calls that I did not make and they will not take them off. Not to mention that I cannot afford to pay the bill. The farthest I have ever called is North Carolina.
Description of Work: I was in the hospital and when I got home from the hospital there were mysterious charges to my phone bill with calls to long distance countries and some that were made from a phone booth.
