+ -1 moreWhen you called them back, the person answering the phone number said he no longer worked for them and laughed at us. He said, "I couldn't deal with all of the complaints." We then called another number found online and his voice was still on the voice mail. He never picked up the phone again. I would never buy another cleaning with them.
Description of Work: Never showed up, never returned a phone call after the initial call. Purchased 12 cleanings as a Christmas gift from Groupon. What an experience trying to get them. They set up an appointment the day before we were having a large party, then failed to show, call, or return our repeated phone calls. No services were ever performed.

+ -1 moreNo one showed up....no one responded except for someone who said he no longer worked there. Rotten company..
Description of Work: I purchased a GROUPON as a gift to my daughter. It was 12 cleaning sessions for 2 hours with 2 cleaners.They are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with and do not return phone calls or e-mails. An appointment was scheduled for 8am on February 3rd. NO ONE showed up. Phone calls and e-mails were not answered then and still have not been answered. THE contact number # is 1-855-261-5566. The e-mail given is jolifierf@yahoo.com. When someone finally called back that day he said that he no longer worked for the company although the caller ID said Universal Cleaning.I told him that I was getting in touch with Groupon and Angies List and he laughed. This is very frustrating and a complete fraud of a company. HELP
