Two Contractors

Could not get a text or call back from them to estimate the job. Phoned twice, texted twice. Never a good sign when they won't call you back.

Jerry Baribault & son did an excellent job. They are very professional, did everything as shown on their written contract, easy to work with, began and ended the job on schedule. I'm very pleased with their work, and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Always kept appointments and were prompt. Applied for the necessary permits and inspections. They said it would take 7 business days and it did. Cleaned up afterwards. As stress free a project should be. Really nice job.

This is the second time in 6 months I have worked with Jerry. He and his son do the work themselves. They are meticulous and I could not be happier with the quality of work delivered. They are real professionals and hold themselves to the highest of standards. I recommend two contractors without reservation.

I had one deck that needed to be removed and replaced. I wanted the replacement to extend and wrap-around to join another deck. After comparing a few contractors, I choose Jerry. His pricing seemed to be very fair and I just liked him. The entire construction process went smoothly. Obtaining permits, materials delivery, waste container drop-off and pick-up, etc. Jerry and his partner did a great job constructing the new decks. Very easy to talk to throughout the project. They made the experience a pleasure and hassle free. When it came time to settling the bill, I was surprised and impressed. It turned out that one decking material that the original bid was based on was not available. We chose a suitable replacement. The replacement cost less (which I did not know). Jerry took the difference off the bill. I wouldn’t have known and would have been just as happy with the job without the credit. The fact that he did that on his own meant a lot to me and said a lot about Jerry. I will use Two Contractors again.

If you are looking for deck repair or new deck construction, please look no further. Jerry and his son are honest hardworking people who will get the job done right. After meeting with Jerry I new pretty quickly I was going to hire him. He is professional, knowledgeable and takes pride in his work. I will be hiring this company again to do my back deck in the spring. FYI: My cost may seem a bit high but that is because I used Trex and a more expensive railing system.

Jerry and Aaron did a great job on our deck. They were always responsive to phone calls and flexible on our scheduling needs. The project was on time and on budget. The quality of the work was excellent. They offered valuable suggestions about how to make the design better and to use materials more efficiently. The job site was left neat and safe every day and they worked to minimize disruption to the backyard. We recommend them highly.

Jerry and Aaron built us a great porch and deck. As other reviewers have noted, they're both old- fashioned craftsmen, gentlemen who take pride in their work. They always turned up on time and were always polite, professional, and friendly. Aaron has a wealth of knowledge on other matters too, including, especially, gardening, so we learned a lot from him. They cleaned up everything in the workspaces. I'm sat out on our deck/porch now writing this review, and it's wonderful. Thanks!

Jerry and his son were punctual, professional and communicative throughout the whole process. I'd definitely recommend and/or hire Jerry to do more exterior work on my property in the future.

Jerry and his son Aaron are very knowledgeable and old school in their approach to doing things right. We couldn't be happier with the results and will absolutely use them again in the future. They are both really nice people as well and we had no problems leaving them along in our home for long stretches of time. Very professional and efficient.

The work went very well. Our old deteriorating deck was removed and replaced with a quality deck made of pressure treated framing, cedar decking and pvc rails. During demolition the sill need work to repair moisture rot. Jerry and his son (Two Contractors) worked diligently and professionally with attention to detail, to complete the project within three weeks (weather factored here) and on budget. Both are very easy to work with. The final product looks good and will wear well. My wife and I are very pleased.

Jerry did a great job. He did in one day what would have taken me weeks. I have been using the door for the past year or so and have never had an issue. It works just as good as the day he installed it.

The project went well. There was quite a lead time on the formal front door, but that is not a reflection on Jerry. He did originally order storm doors that did not match the brand new exterior doors but after some conversations he was able to get the manufacturer to take back those doors and get us the correct ones. No harm, no foul. His son also stained the fiberglass exterior doors for us and they look fantastic. He had great attention to detail and really did a beautiful job! They look like mahogany doors, not fiberglass!

Jerry and his son are skillful professionals. They show up when they promise to, and they work steadily until the job is done. And when they cleaned up, my yard actually looked better than when they started. They are honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I've had my share of difficult contractors to work with. My experience with Jerry was utterly pleasant. Most importantly, he and his son built me a solid, attractive deck in an appropriate amount of time and for a fair price. I highly recommend them.

the job went great. jerry baribault and his son are "old school" contractors (professional, competent, and courteous) they did a top notch job at a very reasonable price. we did ourselves a favor by hiring these gentlemen.

We got off to a bad start when I forgot our meeting time to look at the project, however, Jerry graciously accepted my apology and agreed to come back and give an estimate. The threshold of the door was wood and was literally crumbling every time we entered the house. Jerry took the measurements, gave me a reasonable estimate, and discussed the options if more serious water damage was lurking underneath (luckily not the case). We ordered the door and a few weeks later (making time for Christmas vacation and bad weather) he and his son installed the door in one day. They cleaned up thoroughly and carted off the old door. The next day Jerry returned promptly to install the storm door. It looks great and what a difference in how much heat the house is retaining. When we encountered a small problem locking the storm door after the job was complete Jerry returned ASAP and took care of the problem.

When one was different from what we ordered, Jerry responded quickly and will put in the correct one when the manufacturer makes it. They came on time, got the work done quickly, and were a pleasure to deal with.

Jerry arrived when he said he would to give me an estimate. Due to my schedule he couldn't start work right away. He and his son arrived on time both days of the project. He removed the wood that was wet and replaced the fascia boards, the front of the awning and columns. He cleaned the front walkway and driveway after he completed the work.

I contacted Jerry through Angie's List to install a bay window for us in the front of the house. Jerry was very responsive throughout the whole process. He came to the house a couple of times before the job, and then installed the bay window over three days. Jerry and his sons did excellent work. The window looks beautiful! They took care to minimize any mess, both inside and outside the house. There were no cost or quality surprises. Jerry and Jessie were very professional - easy to talk to and cleaned everything up both inside and out. Highly recommend, and I hope to have them do some more work on our house next year!

Jerry and his son came each morning and worked carefully to remove windows with minimum mess, check the damage, assess the situation and replace wood as required. My husband was one step ahead by priming and painting the boards, so we did not have to do too much painting afterward. We appreciated his willingness to work together. Jerry and his son Jesse, were respectful of the property and cleaned up each day. They were here for 6-7 days. They will come back in the fall to do more work and I recommended them to a friend. Their price was not the lowest, but their approach was exactly the way it had to be done.
