Nelson is an amazing person to work with. He is super proficient in the market and in the process. He works with a sense of urgency that keeps you moving forward. I have listed a house for sale with him, and I have worked with him in my search for investment properties. On both fronts it has been truly wonderful to work with him.

Nelson helped us purchase a home with a lengthy negotiation process. The house we are purchasing is currently held in a trust, with 6 trustees, so it has taken months of back and forth communications to get the home under contract. Nelson was very patient with us when we needed time to decide how we wanted to move forward. He also made himself available when we sought his expert opinion for the negotiation. His strategy and relationship with the other realtor made the deal possible.

Nelson Taylor and his team have been patient, professional, and forthright. I am amazed by the quick responses to our emails/calls/texts as well as the breadth of knowledge about houses (structure, architecture, etc), and the overall real estate market. Buying a first home can be a daunting process, but this supportive team has made the process less anxiety-inducing!
