Victor and his crew were absolutely amazing to work with, communication was fast and he kept us up to date throughout the entire project. Extremely fast service was provided, he came out to give an estimate and was able to complete the project the next day. The finished product was done flawlessly and I am very happy with the product. I would highly recommend his services and will utilize him again in the future.

I would definitely use Sunshine Maintenance Services again. They provided a reasonable estimate for the project and were communicative throughout the entire process. The quality of the work was great. I opted to buy the paint myself because there was a specific brand that I wanted. As a solo homeowner, I don't always have time to do everything myself and I truly appreciate their help in making this house a home!

Both polite and professional and hard working. The only thing lacking was fine tuning; attention to detail. Uneven lines between colors; and prior to painting small nail holes should have been filled and sanded. Paint drops were left on new floors. Otherwise satisfied with their work.

I hired them to refinish the wood flooring. They gave me a quote for $1200 and $400 to remove the carpets. They get to my place and mention the floor is in such a bad shape that they would need to varnish. They charged another $500 for that. I get to the place after all the work is done, and the floor is not the color I expected, paint stains are still on the floor, edges of the floor are not finished at all, some places have stains that are not well applied, hand-prints with stain color on the wall, and some places did not even get the finish. They further charged another $100 for having to go there a second day to do the work. All I see, is them rushing through the job as fast as possible to make the money and move on to the next job. I'm very disappointed with the work and do not plan on working with this company again. This is what happens when you try to go with cheaper prices.

Victor and his crew were great! They were able to schedule the work quickly and were very reasonably priced. I especially appreciate the customer service and communication. Very professional and easy to work with. I would definitely hire them again!

Sunshine Maintenance has painted the whole interior of our house, cleaned our carpets and most recently power washed the exterior. They are very responsive. All work is done quickly and professionally. Victor and crew are efficient and make sure everything is done to the customer’s satisfaction. I highly recommend Sunshine Maintenance

It went really well. Victor was very responsive, detail oriented. He did everything we asked him professionally and reasonably. Best of all is his attitude and manners. He is pleasant and and tries hard to satisfy his customers.

Victor was great, and Gerson did a very nice job communicating with me about statuses and answering questions. Victor painted the interior and exterior of my house, came out great, and he did it quickly which was important. I even added a couple of odd jobs during the job itself and Victor took care of these things at a very reasonable cost.

Victor is an honest, trustworthy professional. He painted 5 areas in our home including ceilings and did awesome work, start to finish. Quiet and respectable but also friendly! I highly recommend Victor and his business!

We were so incredibly pleased with the work that Sunshine Maintence Service Corp and Victor provided us! They came in and helped repair a poor paint job from our home builder; they repainted the entire inside of our home, including the ceiling, walls, trim and doors. Not only did the paint job turn out outstanding, but their responsiveness, communication, and time management was always perfect! For first time home buyers we are so glad we had them to help make our new purchase a home! We will definitely be reaching out to Sunshine Maintence Service Corp for several home projects to come!

Victor, and his work partner, did a great job painting the interior of my house. They also finished painting in two days! They cleaned up and were very professional! I highly recommend this company. I am now having my rugs cleaned by them! Can’t wait 😛

Sunshine did a great job painting our home and a moderately good job remodeling our kitchen. They were extremely patient with us as we worked out our vision for our space. And they finished the work in good time, even though the work was done only by 1-2 persons at a time. They were always willing to help. Overall, I’d recommend them!
