Flooring, Carpet Installation
called for a quote on removing a carpet. He came on booked day and around booked time and gave a quote. I explained that the carpet was glued at the time of his visit. He returned on booked day without anyone to assist and after pulling up a corner realized it was glued. This was most frustrating for me as I know that would be an issue, thus my telling him all the points up front before going forward. He said he would call and come back with some help and I offered a higher pay as he now seemed to have a better idea and it would take more time. I asked if my offer sounded fair to him and he said yes. After my leaving him multiple messages, including, 'if you are very busy or not coming back, please let me know so that I can move forward'. I never received a reply.
