Description of Work: "The workers did a good job at WHAT THEY WERE INSTRUCTED TO DO. The estimator implied that besides cleaning MINIMAL SOOT from a small oven fire, the scorched areas on the woodwork would be repaired. That was not done. The workers told me they did not do finish work. I feel that the $576. charge..(which was posted to my bank account the day they were working at my home..without proof of completion) was excessive for the amount of cleaning they did. |My complaint is with the manager of this branch of the franchise....never available..communicated thru his employees..all of whom were very helpful and professional | |"
