upholstery cleaning
 + -1 moreScheduled the upholstery cleaning on their web site. called to confirm and got told they were booked and I had to reschedule and take time out of work. then they added a $20.00 service fee to the total price. customer service had to direct me to where the $20.00 fee was hidden on the web site. this $20.00 service feed was not included in the total price on their web site.

 + -1 moreI would use Sears again to clean my carpets. I am happy to report, I had a positive experience with them. They were very prompt and extremely thorough. Those are the two qualities I look for in a carpet cleaning company, so I would call myself satisfied.
Description of Work: Sears cleaned the carpets in my 1200 square foot home. They steam cleaned each carpet and also spot treated each one.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD, BUT I THOUGHT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN CLEANER. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND CAME RIGHT OVER. I JUST EXPECTED MORE PROBABLY BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET THE STAINS OUT ANYWAY.

 + -1 moreTHEIR PRICE WAS WONDERFUL CONSIDERING THE FACT THAT THEY DID THE CARPETS IN MY ENTIRE HOUSE. THEY EVEN HELPED ME MOVE ALL THE FURNITURE AROUND AND GAVE ME TIPS ON HOW TO MAINTAIN MY CARPETS.
