Crew showed up and immediately started covering all my furniture and rugs. They replaced 7 windows in just 4 hours when I was anticipating a day long project. The windows are beautiful. They also fixed a door for me and hung up two awnings that I couldn't lift for no charge. Before they left, they cleaned the whole house and even vacuumed. Highly recommend this company!

Kevin and his crew installed 53 replacement windows (Simonton 5500) in our old multifamily home for a reasonable price. The installation team was very friendly. They did a great job working with our tenants to ensure they were comfortable throughout the installation process. One highlight was that they reinstalled the blinds on all of the tenants windows for the evening even though they had to remove them all the next morning to work on the trim. They cleaned up every day before leaving and our house was cleaner when they left than it was when they arrived. We've already asked for a quote for additional work.

Bathroom can out terrific and completely met our expectations. The contractor was very professional and could be reached easily. Price was fair. Timing was a bit longer than expected. Contractor and his workers were very pleasant and professional.

On March 26 at 2:30AM a car crashed into our house and foundation causing extensive damage. My wife and I were not allowed to go back into the house until it was cleared by the building inspector and the Fire Chief. A family friend recommended RWL Construction Company for all the repairs. During the construction over 30 different workers were involved in this extensive project. All of these workers were professionals and excellent at their jobs. But even more important, and what really impressed my wife and I was that they were all excellent people who were honest, trustworthy, conscientious, and dedicated to the job. Throughout the project they displayed empathy and sympathy and a caring and a concern or what we were going through which is not normally associated with construction companies. They did their work and cleaned up every day which allowed us to stay in our house rather than go to a hotel for weeks maybe even months. Kevin LeBlanc and RWL Construction will do an excellent job on your home improvement project and you will be dealing with outstanding and honest people as well who take great pride in their work. Kevin is a very easy person to work with and he has a great eye and pays attention to all of the details in a huge project like this was .I "highly" recommend RWL for all of your construction projects.

We would like to give the highest rating possible for RWL general contractor. From the very beginning Kevin and his team were professional, personable and easy to have in our home day in and day out. Our project was detailed, and their patience, work ethic, and communications were impressive! They listened, were very responsive and always polite. We have dealt with many contractors over the years but this team was the best. Kevin, Tyler, Dan, Chris and Dennis became our friends and we looked forward to their daily accomplishments with our project. Their team shirts and jackets added to the professional effect. Our home is a 1920 Colonial and we wanted to take 2 bedrooms and make a master suite. The master bath also includes a laundry, After completion we are more than thrilled with our new space!!! You will not be disappointed signing on with RWL.

At the end of June I started looking for a backsplash installer. It was very difficult to find somebody to do the job. Some contractors look at the job and took them forever to send a quote back. Others told me there were too busy, so I would need to wait months to get the job done. There was even a group of contractors from RI; they told me that they do not perform services that far away (Portsmouth, RI)!!! Kevin looked at the job and gave me a reasonable free quote quickly. He admitted that the job was not a big one, but that he will be able to squeeze me in within two weeks. About a couple of weeks later when he called to confirm the time, and my wife and I had just decided to change the type of grout to stain resistant. I explained to Kevin the situation and that it would take a week to receive the order. He told me that would not be a problem; he just wanted to make sure to do the job within the time he promised to us. Finally, we get the grout and set a time, Kevin sends his son Tyler to do the job. Tyler was very respectful and professional and not afraid to let me know my options as he was doing the job. For example there was an area that was going to be tile that did not work with the mosaic tile that we had, so our choice was either to leave it blank or buy three more pencils which would take a week to receive them. Tyler had the entire tile install in less than a day and a half and left it all ready to install the missing pencils, grout and sealer. A week later when he came back to finish the job we show him some tiles in the mosaic tile that were cracked and without a second though Tyler pop them all out and replace them before finishing the parts of the job he was planning to do which took him less than a half day. This level of attention to detail and customer service is something that is sorely missed from a lot of contractors today. The next time I am looking for a contractor, I will make sure I called RWL General Contractors first.

I am so glad that I hired RWL! Having had issues with contractors in the past, I was worried about hiring another contractor. I had no reason to worry! The RWL team is professional, friendly, and the quality of their work is excellent. Our bathroom was gutted and remodeled, we replaced six windows, had our water heater removed and upgraded to a larger one, and had our living room painted. Everything looks amazing and is functioning perfectly. Kevin always responded quickly to calls and emails and kept me updated with the progress of the work that was being done. He frequently checked in with me to make sure I was happy with everything. The team always arrived on time and notified me in advance to any changes in their schedule. Not only were they professional but they were all incredibly nice too. They were wonderful with my young son and my dog and both of them were always excited to see the RWL truck pull in the driveway! It was truly a pleasure to work with Kevin and the entire RWL team. We will definitely be hiring them for all of our future projects!

They did an excellent job. They were on time for every appointment (5 visits, including estimate, in total) and were very efficient and professional each time. Cleaned up all construction debris and materials (vacuuming, hands-and-knees scrubbing of baseboards and floors, etc.) and came in exactly at their estimate. A great experience overall. If I have any one complaint is that they could sometimes be slow to return my phone calls regarding scheduling, however the return calls were always at least 24 hours prior to their next visit.

Kevin and his crew were very respectful of our home, They changed a 1/2 bath into a full handicap bath as well as made changes to a family room. Kevin was always available to answer all our questions and the work was completed on a timely bases. I would highly recommend RWL Constrution for any project.

Kevin and his crew came the very next day after I had called him once he knew I had no security lighting. They dug the trench and had to cut out a long strip of my grass. Once they were done, all wires were hidden and you couldn't tell they had even cut the grass up.

Called to request an estimate for a master bathroom remodel. We had a hard time connecting, (not necessarily because of one person more than the other-I was just as busy as he was). I gave him my phone number home address. The day of the estimate I emailed at 4:49 p.m. to make sure he was still coming (the agreed time was between 5-6:00 p.m.). He replied that he would need to reschedule. He did offer another time the following week, but by that time we didn't have interest in working with them further. It was really difficult to try to connect with him and to schedule a time for estimate. I didn't feel valued as a customer; I felt as if I was bothering him. I also asked for a name of the person who would be coming by and never got a name, which I thought was odd.

RWL Contractors came highly recommended so I asked for a meeting to discuss the plans and ideas I had for my bathroom. Kevin and his crew were professional, respectful, and very polite. At each phase, I was asked if everything looked ok and if not they would change it for me. Kevin even suggested some very creative ideas to make the bathroom "pop" They showed up every day on time and always pleasant. They put my mind at ease about my dog being in the house during construction. They made it a point to play with my dog so she would be at ease. She loves all of them. The attention to the smallest detail was met and then some. I never thought my old outdated bathroom could look like something out of a magazine but it does. People that see it are amazed. I highly recommend Kevin and his crew.

Kevin and his crew were fantastic. They made us feel as if we were our bathroom remodel was their top priority. From start to finish, Kevin was easy to contact and he answered all our questions no matter how big or small. We are in love with our new bathroom! It's beautiful. It works. It's exactly what we wanted and more. While they were at our house we had them do a vent in our kitchen (much needed) and install an over the stove microwave. We will be hiring RWL for all future home improvements. And you should too!

We are very satisfied with the work that was done. The work was extensive and we waited several months to write a review so we could assess the work and live with it before writing this. The quality of work was excellent; the owner and each worker was skilled, professional, polite and responsive. The tile work in particular was very well done with great attention to detail. They asked us our input at all steps along the way and also provided great guidance to us on purchasing items needed for the renovation. They showed up timely each day and if delayed gave us a call or text. They were neat, cleaned the area each day before leaving, protected walls and woodwork from damage and kept the house as clean as one can expect when there is demolition and plastering. The only reason for a B on punctuality was that the overall project took about 30 days longer than estimated. We had one issue with a thermostat not working properly after the project was completed and the contractor responded promptly to check it and ultimately replaced it with a new one. Our new bathroom is beautiful and functional and we are at ease that the waterlines in a very old house are now replaced. We can enthusiastically recommend this contractor and his staff and would engage them again when we need work done in our home.

Excellent company and Kevin is awesome! The work that was completed was just what we wanted. They were professional and prompt and they even finished the job on schedule. The pricing was very reasonable too. They went above and beyond for us. We even added a couple of additional repairs to our list while they were at our house and they happily took care of them as well without any issues. We would absolutely highly recommend them to anyone and we would definitely call them again for any additional work that we need done.

Kevin and his team did a wonderful job remodeling my basement bathroom and a spare office/room in my basement. The bathroom was moldy, the shower was leaking (leaving a small lagoon every time we used it), the electrical work was a mess, and the floors were not level. His team came in and demo'd, removed all the moldy insulation and woodwork, and moved the plumbing to make better use of the limited space. He framed in a new door for the spare room and put in beautiful laminate wood flooring. I didn't want a pre-fab shower, so he built me a custom walk-in shower that exceeded my expectations as far as size, beauty and craftsmanship. I have a beautiful laundry work space now and his electrician came in and fixed all the open wiring problems in the space that I inherited when I bought the house a year ago. Throughout the entire process, Kevin and his team were very professional and friendly. I have a few other projects down the road, including a major kitchen remodel and I will definitely be calling Kevin!

Exactly as expected, work was completed to high standards and in a timely fashion. Area was left very clean after work was completed. Estimate was spot on and price paid was fair for the work done. I will absolutely be hiring them again for future projects.

Once we started, it went very well. My husband witnessed all the careful attention to detail that went in to every decision. The professional sub-contractors who worked with Kevin were more than competent and very patient! We weren't afraid to ask any question -- the answer was always, "Oh, sure! That's no problem." Once, after the stove had been placed, my husband and I tried using the oven and blew a fuse. We called Kevin, and (even though he was enjoying a Sunday afternoon with his family) he said he would stop by our house on his way home. We couldn't believe it! In a reasonable period of time, we had a gorgeous kitchen! I would not hesitate to recommend Kevin and his workers to anyone. We plan to call RWL for other work we need to have one in the house.

We LOVE these guys! We wanted to refinish our boring junk-filled cement basement into a play area for our new baby and an office area for myself. The basement was basic cement with a separated climate-controlled room for storage. We wanted to get rid of the room, open the entire basement up, enclose the utilities into their own closet, and drywall/carpet everything, all before the baby arrived. Within a day of contacting them, RWL returned my call and made an appointment to assess what needed to be done. We showed them basically what we wanted and they helped design the final product. They estimated the work would take about 4 weeks and that they could start in early May, which was good because the baby was due in the beginning of June, in ~5 weeks. From the day they started till the day they finished, they were professional, reliable, and overall just awesome! They would arrive around 8:30/9 every morning and work till they finished their tasks for the day. In the morning, they would tell us exactly what they were planning on doing for the day, and before they left, they'd let us know what they planned on doing the following day. If there was a day they weren't going to show up, they would tell us in advance. If there was ever something we needed to do on our end (e.g. pick out paint color or carpet), they provided all the resources we needed in order to make our decision (for instance, they had their carpet guy come to the house with samples and we had the carpet picked out and ordered the next day). This was super important given our compressed time schedule and the fact that I was not very mobile. The RWL guys themselves were all super friendly, happy, and genuinely enjoyed working. They didn't dally around chatting but were super efficient and did the job really well. I enjoyed the days I worked from home because I could hear them laughing and sometimes singing. I adored this!! I was never worried about leaving the house with them there. If they needed to bring in subcontractors (like for the electrical, plumbing, and floor refinishing), their people were highly competent and reflected well on RWL themselves. There were a couple times we changed our minds and altered/added to the project and they accommodated our requests with no issues. If I had to find one negative, it would only be to say that it took them 4-5 weeks to get us the quote instead of 2. This put us super close to my due date and caused a bit of stress as to whether or not the project would be completed in time before the baby was born. But once they started working, they finished quicker than expected (even with our changes) and the baby was born the week after they finished. :) My husband and I were very happy with RWL and would hire them again in an instant. A+!!

Roof repair was very professionally done, and in a timely manner. I had shingles from the original roofing job that Kevin and his crew were able to use. This saved cost for me and having color of the original batch, there isn't a color difference. That is nice, being the repair is faceing the front of the house. My porch is full length on the front of the house. I am so pleased how the paint job came out. It has been a number of years since it was painted and it was showing its age. No more, now I am very happy to accept the compliments from friends and neighbors.
