RWL handled the renovation of the Library's 3 restrooms and installation of new carpet in the community room. Extremely good company to work with, all the workers including subcontractors were pleasant and professional. Any issues during the renovations were addressed immediately. Kevin was very helpful to make sure ADA standards were met and that the job was completed in a timely manner.

I've used Kevin for over ten years now on many projects. So when it came time to tackle a massive, once in a lifetime renovation to create our forever house, Kevin was the first person I went to. When Kevin and his team took on this renovation, I don’t think either party knew how big a job it was or how challenging it would be. The team did a full gut renovation on our property, down to the studs, converting a three family to a two family to create a townhouse unit above a rental property. The job involved everything from removing the old horsehair alabaster inside the walls, re-framing floor plans, re-plumbing and rewiring the entire house to installing high tech HVAC systems throughout and creating a beautiful cathedral ceiling in the living space. This was a complicated renovation but Kevin partnered well with our architect working off detailed plans he had drawn up and had a great roster of reliable subs. Kevin was there every step of the way including some complicated structural beam and bracket work he had not done before – but he figured it out, got it done and done well. He even went the extra mile on small things like matching hinges to hardware on our interior doors and finding the right shade of paint for the stairwells. He had has a good network of suppliers he referred us to but was willing to work with ones we found ourselves. The job did end up going months beyond Kevin's target completion date which put a heavy strain on our finances and overall, it could have been project-managed better. There was some miscommunication which lead to unwelcome surprises when it came to the budget but Kevin was willing to work with us to come to a suitable agreement. But overall, if you’re looking for someone skilled and trustworthy who will show up when he says he will and care about getting the best finished product for you – Kevin and his team are it.

RWL general contractor just finished a kitchen renovation in our 1920s Colonial. We once again give them the highest rating possible. We had them a few years ago for a bedroom/bath renovation. We were so impressed with their workmanship and professionalism that there was no doubt we would contract with RWL again. They did not disappoint, even with the challenges of Covid-19. We were concerned about COVID safety precautions especially since we are in the vulnerable age range. Masks were always worn, and tremendous care was taken to secure the space with plastic barriers and air circulation. When we did have to enter the work space everyone wore masks and distanced. We appreciated their respect for our safety. Kevin and his team were always professional, personable and patient with our questions or concerns. We have dealt with many contractors over the years but Kevin is by far the best communicator of all. He responded to texts or phonecalls almost immediately, and had a wonderful positive attitude. It is also indicative of a good manager when the team is consistent. Tyler, Dan and Dennis were part of the team last time, and we were so happy they were still with RWL. They were great. Their work ethic and workmanship was excellent. We love our new kitchen!!! You will not be disappointed signing on with RWL!

Working with Kevin at RWL was a pleasure. He was very receptive to our needs and got the job done promptly. He respected our budget and planned accordingly. We plan on using RWL in the future for other home remodeling needs.

Great! Kevin (whose team had remodeled the kitchen) responded right away, popped up a tile and confirmed that the subfloor was still good and nothing was moldy, but found that water had been leaking from our refrigerator into the floor. He helped us identify the leak (new water filter needed), and his team replaced the single tile free of charge once the floor had dried out. (We also added some caulk where it was so that leaks are more visible in the future.)

I was very impressed with the level of detail and care given to the whole project. And they were able to finish it within a reasonable time frame without making a mess. They were also able to help walk me through the process from start to finish, as this was my first bathroom renovation. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to complete a project!

Kevin quickly responded to my phone call about three electrical outlets not working in my basement. He dropped by the house so I could show him where the outlets were that same evening and he was able to fix it quickly the next morning. Fabulous! Thanks Kevin!

Kevin and his crew did good work, were very nice, cleaned up very well every day. Pricing was good and the cost only changed when we realized we'd miscommunicated about whether or not they were staining our deck, when we changed shower materials, and when we added more exterior light fixtures to the project. No change order costs, he was totally up front about the cost increases/decreases. The only reason I wouldn't hire the company again is that they are very busy juggling many jobs so days would go by without anyone on site and the project took much longer than I anticipated. Initially he said it would be 4-6 weeks (so I told myself 6-8 weeks) but it was about 12 weeks and there was also about 6 weeks between the exterior painting and the 12 weeks of the rest of the work. I blame myself for not asking better questions about how our job would be scheduled and staffed. I prefer to have the work start and continue right along until completion, which is not how every company can work based on their size. I am sure if I'd asked better questions up front I would have found this out - they are very honest and fair. In the end the project was completed at the price point I wanted and at a quality I am satisfied with. Length of time was the only issue for me.

On time, on budget, with superior service and communication. Friendly crew, working smoothly in the tight space of an occupied condo. Great attention to detail and determination to do the best job possible. Good, well-supervised subcontractors (plumbing, electric, plaster).

RWL is a first-rate contractor. They do great work and are very professional and courteous. The owner frequently checks with the customer along the way to make sure they are happy and they offer great ideas to help the customer build the best bathroom. Both of our new bathrooms look fabulous, we are very happy. you can't go wrong with RWL!

They did a great job. Workers were personable, friendly and really helpful. I was worried about the dust and mess . Not a concern . Our house was left in great shape every evening.

RWL is a GREAT contractor. Very courteous, the owner Kevin was always asking if we were happy every step of the way. He makes great suggestions when selecting materials and his team does fantastic, meticulous work, as you can see from the before and after pics I attached. It came to the point where we let Kevin’s team freelance when we weren’t sure about something because they always made everything look great. His team bends over backwards to disrupt your household at an absolute minimum, they make a minimal mess and always clean up spotless each day. You can’t go wrong hiring RWL to work on your home! We plan to to use RWL again and again!

Kevin was professional and responsive throughout the entire process. He installed fitting rooms, a kitchenette, painted and installed our counter as well as overseeing the electrical and carpet installation. I needed an accelerated timeline and he got everything done on time and done right. His crew was also friendly and did great work.

I came out perfect! From beginning to end everything went smooth and on schedule. And more importantly, Kevin made suggestions that were so helpful, practical and necessary that decision making was much easier. RWL is by far the best contractor I have ever worked with and I've worked with a few. Kevin and his team came out in May of 2018 and quoted me a price on my complete bathroom remodel. Kevin offered good ideas, a fair price, and a timeline commensurate with my needs. RWL began demo in August of 2018, based on my vacation, and I was down to the studs in 72-hours. I couldn’t believe how clean his team worked. I had another remodel a few years ago and I’m still dealing with dust from it. RWL worked quickly and cleanly to the point where I didn’t even know they were working 1 day. Incredible! After dealing with my town’s permit department on my behalf Kevin and his team brought incredible skill to my job and his subs were all of the highest order. Tyler, who works with Kevin, added so much artistry to my bathroom I can’t even begin to explain how he helped me. Just trust he and Kevin and you will not be disappointed. After about 8 weeks my bathroom went from a 1970’s nightmare to a modern work of art! Tyler’s visions were right on point and Kevin’s know how delivered in a big way. I could not be more pleased with the result and the overall process was clean and easy. Thank you so much to the entire RWL crew!

Extremely satisfied with every aspect of our remodel project. Contractor team is very professional, respectful and responsive. Quality of work is tops. Especially helpful is their willingness to make suggestions and offer opinions; applying their expertise & experience added so much to our final results. They stuck to their original cost estimate and provided updated cost for approval as the scope of our project expanded...we added garage door replacement, chimney repair repair and gutter work halfway through our project. All members of the crew are courteous & respectful allowing us to very quickly feel comfortable having them in our home. Not only would I recommend them to others, we are already considering having them tackle another project next year elsewhere in the house.

We removed an old deck. The original installer did not use flashing, and there was water damage and rot to our sill plate and joists. We talked to multiple contractors, and received WILDLY varying estimates. When Kevin came out, we talked about the job, he knew what had to be done and his estimate was right in line with our expectations. Even though he was very busy, he communicated regularly and when they arrived for the work, his team went right to work, started and finished in one day! Outstanding effort. Stayed late to ensure everything was closed up before the rain started. Would easily recommend RWL to others.

We are very happy with our decision on selecting RWL Contractors. Kevin Leblanc & his team are very very professional. I would definitely hire them again for any new updates or repairs in my house. This was our 2nd time working with RWL and we got to meet even more of the family. Just like the first experience we were very satisfied. They painted an entire apartment for us (1300 sq feet) including trim and celings. This included some watermarked areas, some areas requiring plaster repair, and some unfinished DIY patchwork. Additionally while painting the bathroom RWL offered to install a bathroom vent (penetrating the siding) for a small additional fee. The employees again were very professional, did quality work and left the apartment cleaner than when they arrived. I believe the job ended up being quite a bit more work than they expected. This did not affect the quality of the work and they even went above and beyond to paint the outside of some cabinets which was not specifically identified in the quote. Although it was more work than expected, RWL respected the quoted price and did not invoice additional charges. RWL has been a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them in the future.
