Description of Work: With the very intense efforts of RWL, we converted a dingy, dirty attic to a airy, bright, pleasant space which functions as a closet, guest room, ham radio station, and home gym. RWL ripped up the old floor and flawlessly installed a Pergo floor, which transformed the space. Old fluorescent lights were replaced with modern LED lights and wall outlets with USB ports. The company built a great window seat and then constructed headboards at either end. The twin mattress we placed there and the headboards were beautifully covered in material which brought out the green accent color we had chosen. Built-in drawers were replaced with open cubbies for storage. They also constructed a pull-out queen sized bed which fits perfectly under an eave when not in use. Kevin is so good at making many helpful suggestions until the customer finds one s/he really likes. This is a definite plus in dealing with this company! To finish the job, the crew replaced stairs from the first floor to the attic. What a beautiful job! I really think that there isn’t a job that they can’t do. Sometimes they work with material/project that is new to them, but everytime these projects turn out wonderful!! Highly recommended for their perfectionism!!

+ 0 moreThe work was done very quickly and looks great. The original countertop was cobbled together across two different height cabinets. In addition, an electrical plug which was embedded in the counter top was also replaced properly and installed in the back wall. The whole job was done quickly and efficiently. RWL cleaned up afterwards and the whole experience was professional and pleasant. I would definitely use them again for any remodeling work needed.

Description of Work: RWL completely remodeled our bathroom two years ago. We were so pleased with the meticulous work and helpful suggestions on how to handle problems that we asked them to come back this summer to renovate our den. This required the removal of horsehair plaster and installation of drywall. They modified the electrical outlets, installed recessed ceiling lights, painted the new walls, existing windows, and newly installed trim. They are excellent at making absolutely sure that the customer is satisfied with the work they do and pleasant if there are complaints.

I am glad I paid attention to Kevin's suggestions and expertise -- I love the no-hassle maintenance and splinter-free synthetic decking material, am thrilled we decided to make it as big as we did (approx 20x16) and appreciate the custom 'bump out' for the grill now that my kids are racing around. Kevin is a skilled craftsman and it is clear he loves what he does. I love his work too.

+ 7 morePerfectly. ?It is obvious Kevin is experienced and puts a lot of planning and preparation into his projects. ?He has a lot of ideas and can explain them easily but was also open to my preferences and quite flexible when I changed my mind. ?The entire bathroom was gutted: walls, ceiling, floor. ?Everything was recreated from scratch, including some underlying joists which had some water rot, a new larger shower, linen closet, lighting, ventilation, etc. ?His tile work is quite precise. ?Best of all, no mess. ?We didn't have any dust or footprints anywhere in the house. ?It took him exactly the amount of time he told us it would and when it was all finished and I told him I didn't like the paint color we had chosen and one other small detail which I had also originally chosen, they were changed the next day without question. ?I love my bathroom. ?The beautiful renovation definitely added more value to our house than what we paid.
