 + -1 moreExcellent. Responsive to my call, gave estimate on cost, showed up on time on agreed upon date, certainly knew what he was doing - very pleasant man. Had to dig a hole and cut huge tree roots in order to install handrail in yard - an unexpected glitch done with no complaints and rail installed in short order. I had expected to have a new ramp installed also but he pointed out it was in fine condition except for one slat which he relplaced thereby saving me quite a bit of money - that raised my opinion of him even higher.
Description of Work: Planed 3 doors that were scraping on floor when opened. Replaced rotting wood slats on porch. Installed a handrail beside shed ramp in yard.

Description of Work: Repaired and replaced stairposts and window sill. Repaired foundation (repointing bricks and podge coating) and removed and replaced outdoor decking. Remoldeled cellar stairway (repaired plaster walls, added beadboard and replaced light fixture).
