Description of Work: They did an excellent job. Installed 3 drains, 2 at front and 1 on side of house, to remedy pooling water problem. Also connected 2 down spouts to this new underground drainage system that now takes the water to dry wells that they installed in the back yard.

Description of Work: This is a nice professional and family owned business. Everyone from the workers to management are top notch. I had water problems and drainage problems in my yard. The company had to install drains and re-grade the entire yard for all of the water to be moved away from my house. I was very impressed by the foreman on the job who was also a member of the family and was running the bobcat for spreading the loom and regrading my yard. I think that his name was Victor and he was so polite and knowledgeable for his age. He explained to me that on every job a family member is present to oversee these jobs. The work turned out beautiful and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: we were amazed by how great this company was; we have them listed as ricci drain-laying co., inc at 19 lily street, providence, 02909. our experience with them was A+; we had flooding in our basement due to a backed up pipe that no one had successfully cleaned out; once it was determined by another plumbing company that we needed to replace pipe out to but not including our street, we looked around for a couple of estimates; armando ricci was nice and calm and helped us through what appeared to be a horrendous task; we thought our basement would be torn apart and our trees and garden in the front of the house (condos) would be destroyed, but he was very reassuring and it wasn't a bunch of baloney; they did a massive job under the floor of our basement and left both the inside and outside of our house in great shape; every bush they tore up the put back in a timely manner; they neatly relocated stuff in the basement for the huge pipe replacement and along the wall pipe redirection; they were in and out and not a problem was had by anyone of us in the building; i highly recommend them; they are the best!!
