+ -1 moreAs described above, it was a disaster! The lock is fixed, but I could have just bought a new door for the money. Again, caveat emptor.
Description of Work: Caveat Emptor!! I called this company to fix a deadbolt lock on my rental condo. He said it would cost around $40.00 for the initial consult, which sounded reasonable. Turns out they subcontract the job to a 3rd party, and the job ended up costing me $400.00 to fix a lock! Admittedly, the broken lock was old and no longer available, and they had to do some work on the door to get the new lock to work. But they didn't tell me the cost would be so outrageous, and the man who worked the job said next time to "call him directly". There won't BE a next time. These people are thieves!
