I requested a quote for a conversion from an oil furnace to a gas furnace. I was told I would have an email with the quote the same day. Almost two weeks later I received a phone call with a price that was literally double the price of two competitors estimates. Needless to say I went with someone else. This grade only reflects the quoting process. It is possible they do good work, but I will never know.

They were straightforward and gave me the warranties-I didn't have to pull teeth. They cleaned up after they finished the job. It was a pleasant experience.

Richard showed up right on time. I explained what I needed and he got right to work. He explained what was included in the contract and was finished in no time.

Mike and Bruno were both informative and helpful. In fact, Bruno came back to measure the house for air conditioning, and if I win the lottery , they will be the first people I call. Their prices were reasonable, and I was impressed by their efficiency.

As far as I know we are quite satisfied. They are professional, timely, and everything is in great working order.

Service was promised but never performed.

My heat and hot water went out on the Saturday before Thanksgiving. Thankfully, it was pretty mild at that time for November, but I have 2 small children, so I needed to get heat and hot water as soon as possible. Saturday night, I called the plumbing company that had serviced the unit earlier, but they were unable to determine the problem, and wanted to come back for another evaluation Monday morning, for a several hundred dollar fee. I said 'No, thank you.'. I had been told by several plumbing contractors in the past that the furnace I had was basically a lemon, and that I was fortunate it had gone this long without failing. I found Regan on Angie's List. I made a phone call and talked with Bruno, explaining the urgency of the situation. Bruno came that Sunday evening, did an inspection and recommended a new furnace, and a water heater suitable for my house. He made a couple of phone calls to ensure that the units he had chosen were readily available. He promised to have a crew at my house Wednesday morning, and that the unit would be fully installed by the end of the day, with Thanksgiving being Thursday. The guys showed up at 8 AM, and left at 8 PM. The units were fully functional. Bruno and crew know the value of outstanding customer service. They were there when needed. I would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to friends or family.

In a word terribly. Regan sent a representative promptly who immediately changed out our air filter. The representative then told us that we would need a new Air Handler at a price of roughly $6400.00. Appalled but agreeing, we scheduled a date for the unit replacement. A few days before the scheduled unit replacement a friend gave us the number of another company that might give us a second opinion as well as better pricing. Not only did they do so, they also told us that one of the main reasons that the heat exchanger was freezing at a more rapid rate was the incorrect air filter that had been placed on the unit (by Regan). We then promptly canceled our Regan unit install after seeing this ineptitude. The response from Regan was to send a bill for $300 for inspection upon cancellation! After considering fighting the bill we finally accepted paying it as it was no longer worth dealing with this crooked company. Never ever ever will deal with them again.

My experience with them was excellent. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future.

The estimate was fine. I was told something which I didn’t need and tried to sell it. The other company came and told me that a new heating system was not needed. They were on time. They were professional. I would consider using them in the future.

They did an excellent job. They were very clear with their quote when they came out to do an assessment. The job was a little complicated because of the way the attic sits over a part of the house as it is an addition, and they were able to figure out how to get the whole space cooled. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

Peter came on time, behaved professionally and cheerfully, and did the work in a timely manner for the price quoted by the company rep over the phone. (I rated the price "B" because I thought it was a bit expensive for the work performed.) I would definitely use them again.

They are always nice. They clean up after themselves. They fix problems right away. They have always been great. They know my husband has a hot problem, so they prioritize that.

REGAN HEATING & A/C The job went very well. They do what they say they are going to do. Quite informative, and we worked out an agreement. I appreciate their thoughtfulness, on how they installed the system so that it wasn't intrusive. So far all is good.

Everything about the process was Excellent. Bruno took a good deal of time explaining our options. The installers were very professional, neat and met a number of requests for changes along the way without charging for "change orders." This required moving the duct work from an exterior to an interior location. I installed the original system, including duct work so I am quite familiar with the requirements. A good deal of time and effort was taken to ensure the most efficient location while taking up as little space as possible. The humidifier has kept out air at 45% humidity since the installation making for a much more comfortable environment. Bruno provided all the paperwork for a $300 rebate and $1500 tax break. We would highly recommend this company.

They were excellent. The did a wonderful job. There was small leak which they came back repaired the same day.

I had priced this job with several contractors, and the range was b/t $8,200-$14000. This company came in at about $12000, but with the type of equipment they installed, I was eligible for tax credits and rebates totaling about $2000. (Manager Mike Vescera was quite helpful in preparing all necessary paperwork for these rebates and credits). The workman arrived promptly when scheduled, and worked diligently and efficiently during their stay. All employees were friendly and courteous. The entire job took about 3 days from start to finish, and I have a house that did not have pre-existing duct work (about 1900 square feet). There were some issues that arose during the course of the job that were not anticipated, but the manager and workmen were quite responsive and accommodating and promptly addressed problems as they arose. Electrical work was done by and independent that does work for Regan, and was also equally as accommodating, including making repeated return visits and doing things for me to get the Building Inspector's OK that were only tangentially related to Regan's work. As far as the quality of the installed system, the put in a 4 ton Lennox. I've read various things about the quality and longevity of Lennox systems, but thus far it has worked well. We simply set it at our desired temperature once the system went online and haven't touched it since, and we have been cool & dry throughout what has been one the hottest summers on record. All areas of the house are cooled equally - no 'hot spots.' Regan claims there's 10 yrs parts & labor warranty... we'll see, but hopefully won't need it anytime soon. In sum, there are other individuals or companies out there who'll probably do the job for less, but it was apparent to me that these guys were professionals who knew what they were talking about and doing, and were trustworthy, diligent, prompt, and accommodating. To me, these things were worth the added price, and the finished product as thus far been superb. I would use this company again and recommend them to others.

They serviced my boiler. Did a fine job - very professional and informative. Also had them out recently for a quote on a new boiler. Seemed a little pricey but we might not replace the boiler anyway.

Regan is unbelievable. They are awesome. From estimate to completion, Regan is the best. Always arrived EXACTLY on time. If Bruno said he'd be there at 2 PM, there was a knock on my door at 1:59 PM. Dexter and pals who installed the system were very knowledgeable, polite, and made some smart suggestions. The work was over several days, and they kept the space clean and tidy. Recommended an affordable service to remove oil tank and furnace. Bruno called them on the spot. They were very aware that I have cats and made sure no one got out. Bruno even tried to talk me out of the filter as it's expensive, but I went with it anyway. They sent the follow-up paperwork quickly. I love Bruno, Mike and Dexter. I wish they did carpentry!

This company is a dream come true. Because of a pending surgical procedure and long recovery, we decided to have central A/C installed. We contacted several companies and made contact with Regan Heating and A/C as one of the possibilities. Everything went perfectly! Appointments were on time, details were explained thoroughly, and the system was custom designed to meet my needs while staying within budget. Workers were clean, exceedingly polite, and efficient. The system works wonderfully and I would without hesitation recommend Mike Vescera and Regan Heating and A/C without hesitation.
