Description of Work: They came out to fix something recently. There was an older piece that was in the house from an older alarm system that had rusted and needed replacing. We had one that had gotten damaged and I had called around to some alarm companies to see who was familiar with the system we had. As it turned out, they had to put in a new system, but they were able to use some of the pieces that were already in the windows and doors.

 + -1 moreMr. Cicchitelli came within a day for the estimate and sent the installers just a few days after that. They did a good job, thoughtful about the placement of each item and with minimal drilling for wiring. They left no mess. They explained the operation of the system well (at least, no trouble so far!) If I had it to do over, though, I might have chosen a wireless system that would not commandeer the phone line if there is a break-in. But I haven't done enough research to make a better decision, if in fact that would be better.
Description of Work: Installed 4 doorway sensors, two motion detectors and a keypad.

 + -1 moreI like Mount Pleasant because I am charged a very minimal amount of money for very good services. They are reliable and dependable. I have been absolutely pleased with the services I have received from this company. I feel very positively about them in general.
Description of Work: Mount Pleasant Alarms monitors the alarm system in my approximately 2500 square foot home on a monthly basis.
