Description of Work: I paid over the internet in full!! They should advertise that they don't wash your screens and don't wash your windowsill!! Every window washer I've ever hired always washed those. I would never hire them if they didn't ! I had to hire another company to come in and wash the screens and window sills! Then had to have the power washer com come back and clean the house from the crud they left behind! They tried to charge me double the amount at the end of the job after it was already paid. I had tip for them but changed my mind when they gave me a bill when leaving. I wanted to call the office for answers but they left the house when I picked up the phone! So then I thought I should call police and file this because they were kind of mean in their actions. If anyone out there has had their windows washed don't you expect to have all the parts to your windows washed???? What's the point if you can't see out your screens and dirty water mixed with pollen is dripping down your window sills!! Anybody disagree???

Description of Work: They were extremely professional and pleasant when cleaning our windows. The job was well done and the windows are so clear now. They could have done a little better of a job wiping the window sills, but that is minor. Overall, very good work and very professional.

Description of Work: Cleaned my small gutter. I timed them and it took 8 minutes to do including hosing it clean. They were sloppy contacting me, not easy to schedule visit, then nearly 2 hours late, and only took under 10 minutes working on gutter. Not recommended.

Description of Work: The offer was for up to a 2,000 sq. ft. house. Mine was about 2,300. I expected to pay extra for the overage, and it cost another $250.00 which seemed high for 300 sq. ft. However in the overall picture the cost of the power wash was a good price. They use a plant friendly solution so my wife was happy that it did not kill her plants. Melvin was prompt courteous, and did a good job. Would recommend him, and rehire him for other projects

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's list deal to clean my gutters. I was a bit surprised that they charged me an extra $25 because my house was bigger than the stated offer. I felt my house size met the requirements of the offer but I did pay the extra. It would have been nice if they actually cleaned up the ground area after they were done. I had read other reviews stating that they had cleaned up the debris. The gutters are clean and at least I didn't have to do it.
