Description of Work: I hired Melvin's Power Wash to clean my windows. They did an excellent job. Then I hired them again to clean my gutters. Again, an excellent job. They got lost coming to my home, so they did arrive a little late both times, but worth waiting for.

Description of Work: They contacted me quickly and we scheduled an appointment. The workers showed up on time (actually early - but that was good, I had to go out). |I am assuming they did a good job. It was gutter cleaning and I did not go up onto my roof to check their work, but I have not seen anything coming out of the drain pipes after rainy days. The only negative was that the "deal" stated that it was gutter cleaning for a house WITH an attached garage. The workers told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted the garage done. I did pay, because I wanted it done, though I know I shouldn't have had to. Didn't know if I was being scammed or not.

Description of Work: The owner and his helper worked swiftly and were mindful of not tracking dirt in the house. My only criticism is that when they replaced the screens (which they also cleaned very well),they failed to click the side latches down; in a couple of windows, the screens flew off when we had a day of strong winds--which is how we discovered that most of them had been left unlatched.

Description of Work: When asked for more info from company, they determined that they could not do the work in exchange for the coupon but offered an estimate to complete the job. This came down to 'sun porches' not being part of this coupon deal in any way shape or form. We would like a full refund and thanks in advance. No negative communications with company - they were completely honest (and quick) in their e-mail reply.

Description of Work: They cleaned the gutters from the first deal, and then for an additional fee the rest of the gutters on the upper roof. There was a bit of a problem with the scheduling, but Melvin was very accommodating, and worked to insure a mutual time.

Description of Work: I had Melvin come out to clean my gutters. There was a email disconnect which caused a delay in getting a quote/scheduling but that was easily resolved with a request for an update. They showed up a little later than scheduled, but also not a big deal. They cleared all the gutters and downspouts and made a couple minor repairs in the process. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed.

Description of Work: Melvin and his employee arrived promptly and got right to work power washing our back deck. They were both very professional and personable. The total job of power washing and sealing the deck took about 5 hours. Melvin did return the following week to add extra sealant to the deck. The deck is about 30 years old and now looks amazing. It looks like new!! I would recommend Melvin to others.
