Description of Work: They cleaned 21 windows, 2 sliding glass doors, and a glass entry door. Perfection!

Description of Work: Power washer didn't start - waited hours. Stuff happens. Waaaaayyyy too much deck solvent used. The deck stunk like chemicals for 3 plus weeks. Soaked into the decking materials and lingered too long - I certainly remember I had my deck and house power washed for some time.

Description of Work: I took one of the discounted specials for $99 presumably for $250 worth of work. He was professional and nice. He reattached several downspouts on back buildings, as agreed. The problem was that the $250 worth of work (for $99) took all of 30 minutes, and he charged an additional $25 for incidental parts. My problem is that the limit he placed on the work suitable for the discount package was minimal. Maybe worth the $99, but that was supposed to be a special price for 2.5 times the value.

Description of Work: Great job when they got here finally. They had secretary problems for awhile and communications were bad but they finally straightened them out with a new hire.

Description of Work: Melvin and his staff power washed the house, and they did a good job with the power washing. Then they were supposed to paint the trim. They showed up for one day, then didn't come back for more than two weeks. Melvin left one of his workers (who didn't speak English) outside of my house until 9:30pm before picking him up. They also did something to scare my dog, and my dog ran away and they never told me. I was notified by the dog officer that the dog was more than 2 miles away in the woods. I hired Melvin and his people because he had such a good rating on Angie's list, from a lot of people. He must have a lot of relatives or friends, because they certainly were not responsive or responsible. I would not recommend them or hire them again.

Description of Work: Great deal on 200 sq ft of power wash and deck stain. Did the wash and came back for the stain. Said they would come back and do touch up, but that never happened. Called and they again said they were coming, but never showed again.

Description of Work: Cleaned and waterproofed the deck. Pounded down loose nails |They did a good job. Original contract did not mention that steps |were not included, I was charged an extra $10 per stair.

Description of Work: Ended costing me more than twice what was expected to have gutter guards removed.... did not keep scheduled appointments, did not care enough to call when over half an hour late...seems to run on a different clock

Description of Work: Have been unable to reach them to schedule gutter cleaning and evaluation. Missed one call in early September. Since then, their Phone number is unanswered or busy.
