 + -1 moreI had my initial cleaning (5 hrs)about 6 months ago and although a little expensive it s understandable as they then got my condo "up to speed" and maintainable for ongoing service. We settled on every 3 weeks and the cost is well worth it. It's just my husband and myself and we both work full time so now our week-ends are freed up and we can concentrate on things like cooking and shopping...and having a little fun. I absolutely recommend Barry O'Toole and his well qualified team. He make every effort to sent the same representative who is familiar with my home so she can concentrate on different areas each time. Once there was a slight computer glitch where I was expecting 3 hours and she only stayed 2; there was no issue in being issued a credit. Maid Pro is a top notch cleaning service.

Description of Work: Their service is great. They always do a great job and the house looks great after a service. They take your opinions seriously and they have a survey you can fill out on your smartphone or computer after each service visit. We had another company in the past and they were more money and did not do the same quality of cleaning that maidpro does. They are also dog friendly, the cleaners love our boxer!

 + -1 moreI like the fact that if I asked them to do something, they did it. They came on time and they left in a reasonable amount of time. They didn't touch anything that I didn't want them to. They only thing that I thought was odd was that they didn't clean the headboard. I'm sure they would have if I would have asked before they left. Other than that, everything was fine. They really did a good job.
