Description of Work: There was a language barrier and they did not do a deep clean at all It was very superficial and spotty. The ad said it included refrigerator, and you could pay a certain amount extra for windows. Trying to get them to understand what I was saying was a big struggle. Then two days later a man calls and asks when we want to schedule next cleaning.

Description of Work: Magic Maid has sent the same employee to my house 3 times now - Jess. I paid $30/room for cleaning and organizing areas. I was laid up in bed going through cancer treatments and as i was ending my 6 weeks of treatment, my house was not only dusty it was really, really messy - tons of clutter. That was due to not feeling well for months ... well mostly because of that. The first time for $360 it took three consecutive days for her to go through my house. Three weeks later when it was time for a good cleaning again, she was here for 2 days and the last time on 5/28/2012 about another 3 weeks later - it took her from 11:00 am to 2:45 pm (all on the same day ;) ) to go through my 10 rooms... i have a lot of stuff and Jess has helped get through sorting and tossing of my and my family's things. Vacuuming/Dusting/Wet & Dry Mopping , organizing drawers, bookshelves, stripped table clothes for washing, changed bed linens if necessary, etc ...
