Kristina's Cleaning Service

Excellent. Thorough. I have 4200 sq ft home. Immaculate. One spot was missed. I called just as an FYI, not expecting for them to come back. They came the next morning to make it perfect. I highly recommend.

Wonderful, I called them for a deep cleaning it was what I've been getting every year by a different company. Decided to use a different company this year so I went with Kristina's and WOW. I guess change is a good thing. Try them trust me.

I saw an offer from Angie's List regarding housecleaning. I contact Kristina and she suggested rather than going thru Angie's List that I will be doing her a favor by paying her $100 because Angie's List take portion of the money. I agreed with her but she never came, I text her several times but she never response. On May 4th, she sent me an invoice stating that service was rendered when it wasn't and charged me $120 on my credit card on April 4th. I eventually sent her a text that I don't need her service again no response. I also phoned her husband Bruce and informed him that I could not get in touch with his wife and that I wanted to cancel the service in advance. She finally text me and told me that she can not refund the money back to the credit card but if i can give her my mailing address she will send me a check instead. She said she would re-reimburse me $100. That was June 12. To this day, I have not heard from her nor received the check.
