I had been looking for a home with a previous agent who was infective. I decided to find a new agent and I called several agents. Kathy was the first one to respond to me. She set up a showing for a house I was interested in and saw the house before other agents even got back to me. I was looking for a particular kind of house in a specific town. She showed me listings and also had a automatic e-mail notification set up so I could get new listings as they became available. When I found the house I ended up buying she had given me contact information to several home inspection providers. I was shopping around for a mortgage and she also gave me contact information for a Mortgage broker. She also gave me information on several Title companies. I reccommend Kathy and will contact her again whenever buying or selling a home.
