 + -1 moreSo far so good. The furnace is old, but seems to be running well. All encounters I've had with people from Johnny's has been positive and even the woman who stated she would get back to me about the service contract was friendly, but obviously I would have liked an answer. I ended up going with someone else after that. I'll chock it up as a mistake, but I wonder how things would go if I needed emergency service. I'll still check in for oil though.
Description of Work: I contacted Johnny's to service my furnace just as it started to get cold. I also had them deliver some oil on the same date. The service rep arrived quickly and even helped me trouble shoot a couple things regarding my oil furnace that I was unfamiliar with. He did a great job and was friendly. I also tried to sign up for a service contract within a week of the cleaning, but after contacting them 2x and them telling me they would get back to me...nothing. The oil delivery was spot on, but I never received a response about enlisting them for the service contract.

 + -1 moreI HAVE HAD THEM COME OVER BEFORE TO REPAIR MY FURNACE. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB KEEPING MY HEATING UNIT RUNNING WITH ITS FULL POTENTIAL. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE.
