Handy House Cleaning

Absolutely horrendous. Handyman arrived on site (on time) after description of service as above. We asked him to replace door frame as it was cracked and torn off the house. We wanted a permanent solution as the door frame wood was cracked in multiple places with either replacement of framing wood or new door installation. He refused and placed 4 screws into the frame and said it was repaired. Charged $650 for placement of 4 screws. Handyman was very rude and complained he only gets paid a fraction of that from the company so it's not his problem. Ridiculous. Will never use this service again.

Deborah didn’t assume what I needed to have done even though she is very experienced. She was thorough, very engaging, and conscientious.

Do not know what she did to my hand held shower but. I can not get it to. Work.I have tried everything.

This is the first time we have hired a house cleaner. We needed to clean again when we got home. Two people came to the house an hour early without confirmation asking to start early. Stayed for only 2 hours and did not do a thorough job. Counters were not clean bathroom floors were “swiffer’d” not cleaned. they dusted Around furniture not under with visible dust showing. Accessories not dusted only the surface around them. Dust in corners. vacuumed carpets around furniture and nothing moved to dust underneath. We hired them for an additional clean we did not have time to do ourselves to help get ready for a big party at the house the next day. We Should have been more specific as to what we needed cleaned.(a detailed list of each and every thing normal cleaners would do) Because their idea of cleaning is not acceptable. We are in a 3 month agreement with Handy. When it’s over we won’t do it again.
