They were pretty quick to come out. They did tell me about their service plans; but they did not push me about it. They were pretty good. One guy came out at least two times to make sure things were going right. The woman who came out to spray for the carpenter ants was very nice. She did a good job. He gave me the metal mesh to put around the cracks because mice will not chew it, and they cannot get in.

I called Griggs and Browne when I noticed about twice as many carpenter ants in the house as I'd seen last year. They sent an inspector out. He inspected the property inside and out, and didn't find any evidence of actual carpenter ant infestation. I said I didn't want the ants to get a foothold anywhere. We decided to do a one time prophylactic treatment that would last for 3 months. The inspector scheduled a technician who arrived promptly a few days later and did the job. While he was spraying he discovered vulnerabilities in my foundation - holes where rodents could get in. He was very informative about how to deal with all the areas of concern. I will take his sound advice and seal the place up before the fall.

I haven't had termites from over twelve years. They are good. I call them and they come and do the work. I would use them in the future.

It was a great experience. They were very thorough, and they gave us a great report. I thought that their price was competitive for the area.

They will come back weekly. They were very professional and held to all of their promises.

They didn't clean the carpet very well. They didn't clean it deep enough. They did a good job on the tile and grout though.

He showed up on time, very personable, answered all my questions and explained the ins and outs of the job including the guarantee.

Paul and his assistant were prompt, polite and efficient. The carpets looked great after being cleaned.

I would opt not to use this company in the future. They found carpenter ants in our garage, but they did not think to look for pests in the woodpile located in our yard. They also failed to look for carpenter ants outside of the garage area where they located them. They could stand to improve upon the thoroughness of their work. You get exactly what you would expect to from an average contractor, or even slightly less. They will show up but they might not do everything they're supposed to. You basically have to step up and monitor like they are doing to make sure everything is done correctly and accurately.

I am sorry to say that they were not very thorough in their inspection. They missed a major mold problem starting where the deck attached to the house and going all the way up the wall underneath the siding. There was a small black dot on the exterior of the house my own handyman noticed right away, but then it was my problem to fix, not the prior owners. I do not recommend them.

I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR WORK. I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED BECAUSE I HAD USED A DIFFERENT COMPANY AWHILE BACK AND THEY RUINED MY FURNITURE. GRIGGS and BROWNE WERE GREAT, THOUGH, BECAUSE WE HAD NO PROBLEMS AT ALL.

WE HAVEN'T HAD A RECURRENCE OF BEES SINCE THIS COMPANY HAS SPRAYED FOR THEM. THEY DO KEEP RECORDS OF THE SERVICE, AND WILL CALL TO SEE IF I NEED TO HAVE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN.

WE HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY COME ON A REGULAR SCHEDULE. WE HAVE NOT HAD A PROBLEM SINCE THEIR FIRST APPLICATION. THEY WILL LEAVE A REPORT IN OUR DOOR IF WE ARE GONE.

I WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THEY SEEMED VERY NICE, PROFESSIONAL, AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME; BUT A COUPLE WEEKS AFTER THEY LEFT, A COUPLE SPOTS SHOWED BACK UP ON MY COUCH.

HE WAS EXPENSIVE, BUT THE PERSON I DEALT WITH WAS VERY NICE AND DID JUST A GREAT JOB. I REALLY LIKED THE FACT THAT THEY CALLED AHEAD TO KEEP UP ON APPOINTMENTS SCHEDULED.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS WITH GREAT SUCCESS. THEY ARRIVE IN A TIMELY BASIS, AND ARE ALWAYS PLEASANT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH PESTS, SO I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

THEY CHECKED IN AND AROUND MY HOME, INCLUDING THE PATIO AND GARAGE. THEY KEEP THE BUGS OUT OF MY HOUSE. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS SINCE I HIRED THEM.

WE HAVE BEEN HAVING SO MANY PROBLEMS WITH BUGS THAT WE BROKE DOWN AND PURCHASED A SERVICE CONTRACT. THE PRICE IS VERY REASONABLE FOR AS OFTEN AS WE HAVE THEM COME OUT.

THEY HAD GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND ENJOYED THEIR JOB VERY MUCH. THE JOB WAS VERY PRECISE AND ORDERLY.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN PEOPLE SO HARDWORKING AND SO INTO THEIR JOB. THEY WERE DEFINITELY THERE TO PLEASE ME. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SERVICES. I DIDNT EXPECT SO MUCH OUT OF THEM.

THEY COME OUT ONCE A YEAR TO THOROUGHLY CHECK AND SPRAY FOR BUGS. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL. I USED THIS COMPANY FOR TWENTY-TWO YEARS AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM MANY TIMES.

THEY ARE A VERY WELL KNOWN COMPANY. EVERYONE KNOWS THAT THEY DO GREAT WORK. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES AND I REALLY TRUST THEM. THEY DO A REALLY GOOD JOB.

THIS COMPANY SPRAYED IN A VERY FAST MANNER AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. I HAVENT SEEN ANY BACK, SO THEY DID A GOOD JOB. I THOUGHT THAT THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND ALSO VERY COURTEOUS.

I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES BEFORE, SO I KNEW THEY WOULD DO A GOOD JOB. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME AND READY TO GET TO WORK. THEY DO A WONDERFUL JOB BECAUSE I HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH TERMITES SINCE I STARTED USING THEM.

I HAVE BEEN AQUATINTED WITH THEM FOR 22 YEARS NOW AND THEY HAVE BEEN GREAT. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. THEY ARE A VERY EXPERIENCED COMPANY AND I TRUST THEM.
