 + -1 moreCalled the company to look at my AC unit ( central air), I felt like I got scammed . I was aware of the initial price to come out and assess unit but to do a diagnostic test to see what was the problem they charge me a total of $466.00. By the way no work was done! Said to get rid of the water in the container and switch the unit on will be total of $732, and that does not guarantee that it will work after. Smh! Also they said I will need an entire AC unit which involve changing the Condenser and replacing the coil in the attic the guy gave me a total cost to do the entire work of $ 11,800.00. Not even my furnace cost that much. I just thought that was a total ripoff. I will never call them to do work again.
Description of Work: AC assessments only Come out and diagnose.

 + -1 moreDid not choose, the estimate was extremely high, I was charged a "service call fee" for an estimate, and the guy that did the pricing tried to sell me on additional services I did not want (the "VIP" package).
Description of Work: Called GEM Electric for an estimate to upgrade my electrical service.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY ON TASK WITH THEIR DUTIES WHEN THEY CAME TO THE HOUSE. THEY WERE PRETTY EXPENSIVE, BUT THEY GAVE GREAT WORK THAT WILL LAST A LONG TIME, SO I AM PLEASED.
Description of Work: I HAD THIS COMPANY PUT IN ALL NEW WIRES AND A TWO HUNDRED WATT AMP IN MY BASEMENT.
