+ -1 morePrompt, courteous, professioal. I definitly would recommend this company. Granted it was a bit costly but we went with top of the line equipment. At the end they were also very helpful in providing us with rebate information. The overall experience was quite positive.
Description of Work: We had a new hvac system installed including new ductwork. The work took about 2 days. They arrived on time and did everything they said they would, including removing the old system. They were exceptionally neat and clean. .

+ -1 moreI had an appointment at 11:00 AM on 2/18/12 with David or Paul. About 45 minutes before the scheuled time, I got a call saying that they needed to reschedule. The new appointment was for the same time a week later, 2/25/12. They did not show up. They did not call. At approximately 11:15 AM, I called them. I left a message. I never got a call back.
Description of Work: No services were performed.

Description of Work: Furnace pilot would not stay lit. Technician came and replaced the thermocouple.
