Description of Work: I have a security system installed by Electronic Check Security LLC, the other guy let me hang up for four days with no cameras because it was down. Frank sent two guys and resolve the whole issue.

Description of Work: I have worked with Frank and Eastern Security for years now for both my home and office. He and his staff are responsive and professional and a pleasure to work with. I recently built a home that offered installation challenges and Frank came out personally to make sure it was done perfectly. I found his price for my new home installation very reasonable and his monthly monitoring is half the cost of the national companies. Recently he called to ask if he could come to check on the system in my office because he just wanted to make sure it was functioning properly. I am thankful I don't have a thing to worry about because I use Frank and Eastern Security!

Description of Work: The company rep arrived as scheduled and performed a thorough evaluation. The Gentleman was very polite/professional. He was able to provide me with a price, with no attempt to upsell his product or service. The payment was made after completion and subsequent to my full satisfaction. An additional monthly fee ( significantly less than the competition) was contracted for 36 months. ( I'm uncertain whether other financial arrangements might be available) The installation required a full days labor to complete. The installer worked continuously, without even a lunch break. When I approached him with a question, he was able to multi-task without interruption. Very Impressive.. Both the alarm system and the monitoring system have worked flawlessly. On a few occasions we have accidently triggered the alarm and within a minute or so the agency called to verify the status. I would recommend that this company be afforded the opportunity to provide a quote before purchasing from any national name brand company. Also, I am confident that this company will continue to provide us with the peace of mind and security we now enjoy!
