Chris was incredibly professional throughout the process of replacing our skylights and roof. He gave us options to choose from, ordered the necessary parts for the job, then soon came with his crew to get the work done. He communicated every step of the way, provided insurance, license and reference info promptly, and got in all done smoothly. We were so pleased, we also requested replacement of our rain drain covers with some high quality replacements.

Any review less than 5 stars seems inaccurate (based on my experience). From the start, Chris was super responsive via text. We set up the initial review and estimate in a timely manner and after approving the estimate he completed the project within a week. He (and his crew) were on time to each appointment and were lightning fast. After comparing the cost of materials and service to other contractors... they can't be beat. Will be hiring them again in a few years to replace my roof when it's time.

They did an excellent job for the work done on my roof and I thought the price was reasonable. Christopher Jackson he came and he fixed the miter box and new flashing in that one location, replace the wood and painted it. Then months later we called because we wanted him to give us a proposal for fixing/tightening roof corners he did not respond to emails or phone calls to which we were disappointed but, the work he did when he was on location was excellent. We just have no idea why he did not respond to our email or calls.

Done in one day, Manny was very competitive with his quote and was prepared and professional.

Chris Jackson was fantastic! He responded to my initial contact within hours, and was at our house to give an estimate the next day. 2 days later, the work was finished. Chris clearly explained the reasoning behind his diagnosis and what our options were. During the repair, he and his crew took photos to show us exactly what the problem was. I am beyond happy with his workmanship and responsiveness.

Chris replied quickly to our inquiry and provided an estimate within a few days, to include a brief education about roofing, and what different types of shingles and colors were available. Project included replacing shingles on both the house and garage. A detailed quote for labor, materials and dumpster provided by email. Team arrived early both days and completed the job on time without any hiccups. Chris sent real-time pictures of/from the roof as they progressed. Excellent work, including the clean-up, and we would hire him again without question.

This is the kind of contractor you can only hope you would find. It was a pleasure to do business with Chris and his team. Very professional, experienced and conscientious. From beginning to end everyone worked as a team. Besides replacing the shingles, Chris also installed soffit vents. The roof and vents look great. Definitely recommend. Thank you, Chris

By far one of the best experiences i have ever had with a contractor. Chris called back quickly and was very professional and courteous during the entire process. Extremely organized and explained everything when we first met and answered all my questions. Chris arrived on time, on the day he said and along with his crew did a fabulous job replacing my room. They took the time to protect my home before starting and cleaned up like they were never there in the first place. He was always accommodating with everything that i asked for and i appreciate that. He runs a great company with fair prices and I would definitely call him again...thanks Chris!!

Chis was extremely professional. He called back quickly, was punctual and well organized. He was very clear in explaining the services he was delivering and there were no surprises- the final bill was exactly what he had quoted. He runs a business the right way.

Chris was very professional and detail oriented. Immediate responses to my texts and emails. Very fair price and timely repair and neat work. Also Chris sent me pictures of the roof work throughout the repair. I’d certainly hire him again!

Chris was excellent..did the job as planned..did a fantastic job af cleaning up afterwards. Repaired ridge vent openings to code and installed additional ice protection. Would recommend him to anyone.

I accepted the Angie's List web site offer to send requests for quotes to their four top providers for gutter installation. The request was sent on April 30. As of May 5, I haven't heard anything.

Chris did a great job! His communication with me was outstanding! He showed when he said he would.. I had him repair the roof around the chimney which was leaking, I also had him repair around the stack pipe and around the bathroom vent on the roof. He showed at 730am like he said he would and he was done by 11am before the rain came. When I came home from work and walked in my back yard it was like no one was here, no mess nothing out place. I've had issues with contractors in the past but Chris was topnotch. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!!! Later that afternoon the rain came and it poured and there was NO LEAK. Job well done

Great job, great price, clean work.

We called Chris in a panic the morning after a heavy rainstorm when rain seeped through our bedroom ceiling at the chimney point. Chris was prompt, a great communicator, and even sent us a narrated video as he was pulling apart the chimney flashing and and roof to help us understand the issue with impressive transparency. Honest, fair and friendly. We will definitely keep his contact info when it is time to replace our roof.

Chris and team did a great job on the roof. We had a snow storm just prior to our planned date but Chris kept me posted and rescheduled for the next good day. They arrived on time and got right to work shoveling my roof so they could strip and shingle it. Once finished they cleaned up as best they could with the snow and came back as soon as it melted to clean the entire area. Would definitely recommend.

I had done a lot of research on contractors for gutter repair and roof replacement. Chris was very responsive and with his quote he provided me everything I would need before having to ask. His team showed up on time and completed the job quicker than I was expecting. They ensured my shrubs in front were protected as well as my deck in the backyard. When they left it was as if they were never there except, I had a new roof and gutter fixed up. Very meticulous in ensuring that the house and yard are cleaned up. As an added bonus there was some room left in the dumpster and I was able to get rid of a few things that I was needed to toss out! Chris kept in contact and made sure that all my questions were addressed quickly. I'm very happy with the work.

Chris and his crew did an excellent job on my roof. Stripped two layers of shingles from the house roof, installed osb layover and new shingles. Also, stripped garage shingles and installed osb layover and new shingles. Garage was done on Friday afternoon and house roof the following morning and early afternoon. House and garage look fantastic. Chris’s crew is efficient and as professional as Chris. From my first phone call to Chris to the completion of the roof, Chris would return my calls and e-mails the same day to answer any questions I had. Chris and his crew did an excellent job. They stripped the old roof, installed a plywood layover and installed the new roof. He also accommodated our last minute request to replace the roof on our shed. Chris was professional, punctual, and left my yard clear of nails and debris. I have recommend him to family and friends.
